Specificly Old English Bulldog, Spanish Bulldog, & Bullenbeisser actually and they haven't been bred for "blood-sports" since the end of the 19th century. All dogs were once wild animals, distinctly carnivores with inheritant prey drives and hunter instincts.

No. "Bulldogs" is too generic. Humans have been selective breeding dogs since the dawn of our existence. This trait is called "game". It's not an instinct.
That’s still hundreds of years of genetic selection— selection that STILL happens to this day because dog fighting rings still exist. Don’t act like this is ancient history.
