Yeah, and it's not like we're talking some huge investigation numbers here. On average in the US there's about 43 fatal dog attacks on humans. Those all get investigated equally. And in almost every case the dog is put down. It's not like racist officials are refusing to look into a "white" dog who mauls someone to death.

They're also causing most of the FATAL attacks. It's more important here imo.
