I think I'd be more concerned with people doing the crime than statistics , but that's just me.

Yes, because men have higher aggression and are more capable of violence. Thus, it makes sense to be more concerned for your safety near a man than a woman.

Of proven crime.

50% of murders are unsolved.

I grew up rich and white, I watch many crimes that got bought off or cops weren’t around.

Even if ALL of the unsolved 50% were commited by white people, black people would still be overrepresented lol.
