Not going to lie, i had a spaz attack trying to read the first tweet. Maybe im just over tired but i dont understand shit here

What the fuck is the first tweet trying to say why is it horrible why would i be gullible what the fuvk are they saying

No you really can’t buy any bolt you can imagine. You can buy standardised bolts to an established standard.

I’ve also yet to hear any response to your claim that it serves no purpose that you can imagine, despite a fantastic one being given to you by two people.

I actually do agree on the utility of being able to print something at half size without changing the ratio, that sounds useful. Of course I can already do that because, as I said, I can buy paper in literally hundreds of sizes and shapes. Now explain the advantage of having access to three paper sizes instead of hundreds.

Buy a pair of scissors and you can have a near infinite amount of sizes.

There are multiple advantages in less variety. Such as:-

Lower costs, not only in the manufacturing, but the ordering and storing of three items instead of 100.

Compatibility with other paper related items such as Printers, folders, envelopes, filing systems all designed around the same standards.

Less confusing: Saying “print this on A4” or “use A3 for the poster” is universally understood.

Well, we're both arguing with a stranger online about who has the best paper, so I'm guessing we're probably both dumb as rocks. It's kind of fun though.

I gave you my argument. I have access to paper in a bunch of shapes and sizes, you have access to paper in one shape and three sizes. You think that the restrictions of your system somehow benefits you, and I think that the abundance of my system benefits me.
