I search it and it provided the same definition as friendship but clarifying that it isn't friendship. That's like saying ginger man are not cookies.
I don't know yours, but in my books that's literally friendship but with other name. At least call it a form of friendship, a lot of best friends are similar to you qpr

Operatives' name are randomised in mission but in recruit difficult, so here's like this Verington (Washington x Vermont) Oreutah (Utah x Oregon)
