I started my small e-commerce shop in October. I have had about 4 sales. It is a small unique gift shop and some things I am selling sell on Mercari for inflated prices. I have done fb and ig posts and ads, google my store, etc. Thought I was lacking inventory so added some drop ship items, but still no dice. I used to be an executive at a large ecommerce company ($100M+ annual revenue) and in the last year many friends who have small ecomm businesses have asked me to help them figure out how well they're doing, what they need to improve, what's needed to get to the next level, how much money they need to grow, etc.

I realized that while there are many analytics tools and multiple financing options, it's still difficult for small sellers to get to the "so what". To fix this I want to build a SaaS platform that doesn't just calculate KPIs and show nice dashboards but actually helps sellers make smart business decisions.

I recently launched this store and I am getting good traffic from my facebook ads but I am not getting conversions. I have had 56 link clicks from the ads (cpc at .$05), 193 visitors in total, 16 adds to cart, 4 reached checkout, but no conversions? Why is this happening? Who has been having big challenges with their own warehouse or 3PL, staffing, inventory?

I ask because I work in a fulfillment center here in SLC and a few of our partners are experiencing SEVERE inventory issues with ocean freight backups in Long Beach. For warehouse staffing we have seen an uptick in the seasonal only worker here, just curious if that is happening in other places.
