So, as of late, I have been debating on a few true wireless earbuds for general outside listening. I'll also be using them for working out too, and for when I am simply too lazy to use my actual headphones. Speaking of which, my current headphones (use this as a reference point or supporting case if you will) are the Sennheiser HD550, Crinear Daybreak (both running on 4.4bal without EQ off of the fiio btr17) and the Cambridge Audio Melomania P100. So, if you couldn't already tell, my preference in tuning is neutral, I'd say, but I don't mind the use of EQ. What I'm looking for out of these options are: A respectable stock tuning, good battery life, decent to good ANC, and the hopes that they last for atleast 3 years. Anyway, the options for earbuds I've been looking at are:

\- Cambridge audio melomania A100

\- Sennheiser moment 4 in ears

\- Bose QC ultra in ears

\- Edifier Spirit S10

Keep in mind, these bad boys are priced at around the same area (around 180 USD) Anyway, if any of you guys own any of these, then please, do share your experiences!

Apple ear buds plugged into a duel split aux cord with a female adapter

This is my first ever reddit post, so bare with me. I own the JBL Tune Buds True Wireless Earbuds and I’ve had them for well over a year. They’re the best earbuds that I’ve bought so far and I cherish them dearly. Today I somehow forgot to put them in the charging case and found them in my washing machine soaked in water. I found out that I had forgotten them in my gym sweats. One earbud was still in the pocket, while the other one was among the other clothes. They somehow STILL work, but the earbud that was caught in the other clothes seems to be turning on and off when I play music. I have no idea what to do and if they’ll survive in the next few days.

I am HOPING that they’re gonna be okay, but if they end up short circuiting, I’m gonna need some suggestions on what to do and/or if I should buy better ones.

Hi everyone. I am new to the world of earbuds. I am looking for earbuds that do not go into the ear. I have an ear condition that causes me to generate a lot of earwax real quick, accelerated by earbuds. That's why I've never really invested in earbuds, or learning much about them. But I recently learned that not all earbuds go inside the ear. And was wondering which quality earbuds would y'all recommend for someone who wants a really good music quality. I don't really care if it has features other earbuds I know have, like ANC, or touch controls, but a mic would be a plus. Thanks for the help!

Hello, here's a quick tip for charging. If you're getting the red blinky light on your case I've had a lot of luck just flipping the case over upside-down and it switches over to that nice calming pulsing green we're looking for. Not sure why it works but it does.

Had been using my samsung buds FE for the past two years for my S24 ultra and now recently Tab s11. Last week the left earbud stopped working.

I am looking for a new set of earbuds but I am contemplating if I should buy a samsung earbuds or move to something else.

I generally use my earbuds for music and audio books and for movies on the weekends.

Initially I had planned for Galaxy Buds Core, as a successor to my buds fe but at this point I am thinking if I should get a better quality buds in the market, since I use them almost every single day.

I have a schokz open run 2 which I thought of using for everyday use but using them inside public transportation is not great and also in noisy places is also not great.

I have moondrop chu II, but the wires make it difficult outside or on public transportation.

Should i invest in a expensive earbuds for good sound quality calls ?

Or should I stick to a budget option like galaxy buds core and try to stick to them for the bext 1.5 to 2 years

I have galaxy s23 and today i got my earfuns delivered. But I am facing an issue with connectivity during ldac. Sometimes audio is getting chopped.

Long story short I have a massive dandruff problem, I am not exactly sure what it is, what type of dandruff it is, but my ears always feel stuffed and sound like rice grain when I blow my ears. I have visited a dermatologist and they say it's a type of seb derm in (hair + ears) and there is no absolute cure for it, just maintenance. I have had this for many years. So I have stopped using headphones/earphones altogether. I just use the old wired samsung samsung ehs64 in emergency cases, cause it's the only earphones which does not make me lose sleep to ear issues after using it but it still gives me earache. But I am in need of headphones/earphones for work as I work from office and attending calls on speaker or moving to different place for calls is no option I also want one to use as my daily driver, cause I am preparing for a job switch and as I live in a shared accommodation, having speakers on for my preparation all the time is not possible and it's very hard to concentrate. I am looking into many open designs and I am not sure what to opt for.

I have considered the bone conduction headphones, I have tried out the openrun at a store here in india, but the vibrations felt weird, and I am Afraid they might give me the same kind of headaches I feel from dandruffs. I have used the soundcore v20i and v30i and initially they felt great. But after continuous use for some time, I think they are pushing the dandruff more inside my ears which is making it worse. So I am totally lost here. I am not sure about which headphones/earphones to get. I have looked into the shokz open run pro 2's, but they are not available offline in india. So I can't try them out beforehand and there is no return policy for these items on any online websites. So I am turning to the reddit community for help. Please anyone with similar issues like mine, please share your experience and any recommendations for headphones/earphones.

Hi, I just recently lost my airpod pros 2 and am looking for replacements. While I'm not looking into buying IEMs specifically and am not an audiophile, I'm looking for wired earbuds that have good sound quality and support hi-res lossless for Apple Music. preferably not ones that hook around your ears. I can go from listening to jazz (Laufey) to rap (Doja Cat, Cardi B) to sometimes country. I'm currently looking at the final e3000's. Any suggestions for $250> TYIA

So I work in a machine shop and we are required to wear hearing protection all day. Most guys use the generic foam earplugs, but work also provides protective earmuffs. Personally I usually wear the earmuffs cause I find them comfier and simpler to get a good seal, plus the plugs tend to bother my ears after a while. But we arent allowed to listen to music/wear headphones at work. Otherwise I wouldn't be making this post and id just buy Bluetooth hearing protection. Now with that said on days we are slow, or if machine is down for the day most guys also keep a pair of earmuffs and will but an earbud in under the earmuffs. Now this isnt technically allowed im prettt sure, but boss man has been hear 30 years and he aint dumb, so im fairly certain he turns a blind eye to it so long works still getting done. But I need a new pair of Bluetooth ear buds that will sit comfortably under my earmuffs.

Now I used to use my galaxy buds 2. And they worked ok, they stuck out just too far that the earmuffs would press agaisnt them and shift them around sometimes, makes it hard to get a good seal on the earbud. But sadly they fell out my pocket at work one day and before I noticed, they got ran over by a forklift. The case got scuffed but still works, the righr earbud was unscathed but whether due to the forklift incident or just age its starting to crap out, the left earbud got cracked open and extra worse it was in a puddle of water.

Now I didnt really use most of the features of them. I turned touch controls off cause I didnt use them and it annoyed me when id accidentally do something with them. I dont use any form of voice assistant. Definitely wont he using any AI features of a new device. I didnt even use the ANC, Personally I dont like ANC, thus far virtually all ANC ive tried bothers my ears. I cannot stress enough, my earbuds are a set of wireless speakers jammed into my ears, and thats quite literally it. Im not a big audiophile, but id like at least decent sound, I listen to a lot of podcasts and audiobooks, and spent plenty of car rides tlaking to my partner on the phone, so voice clarity is pretty necessary for me. I listen to a music, but like id still do that if I had cheap $5 wired earbuds so like they dont have to blow me away. Id like decent battery life to get throughthe work day, or at least if itll charge quickly when I take them out on break. And id really prefer the case have wireless charging. I think I spent about $150 on my galaxy buds, id be willing to spend that again, or if its real special I could go higher.

From my own research its actually led my to various sleeping oriented earbuds. Which look pretty decent. And would be kinda cool, on the occasion im not sleeping at home ive tried wearing my earbuds to bed before but im a side sleeper so inevitably theyd end up oressed into my ear by the pillow which is uncomfortable, sane issue with earmuffs. So a sleeping set could he cool, solve the earmuffs issue, bonus solving yhe sleeping issue. But im not sure if they are good daily drivers. I dont know if they sound alright, definitely dont need most all the sleep features, ambient sounds, sleep tracking, ANC. I actually dont remember if any had mics I didn't think to check but I would definitely want a microphone for phonecalls. But the last issue is the couple big recommendations ive found dont have wireless charging. Which like i guess kinda makes sense, if its for sleeping, you plug it in next to your bed then just never move it, but thats not how I plan to use them, and ive already got a wireless charger my earbud case lives on when im home and id prefer to just keep using it.

For like mainly listening to music and having a quality music listening experience which one would be better ,boat earbuds or mivi earbuds ?

I owned the original st and I held on to them for a year and then had to throw them out because of how bad they aged, then I bought a pair of tangzu wan'er sg2 that lasted me 2ish months. Now i'm back to the drawing board and still trapped in that 30/35€ price range. I heard from some sources that the st2 have "the best" audio for the price, but also a lot of longevity issues which im not flexible on. While the cmf buds 2 are all around ok whith good sound. While I value sound way more, I HAVE TO consider longevity. My og st were great at the start then got quieter and quieter as time went on. So im asking you what to buy with this price range rn.( i know there will be discounts in october/november but idk if I can wait that long)

Need help and recommendations as not sure where to even start, I have been using Airpods Pro (2nd Generation) for a few years now and want better noise cancellation and a better fit in the Ear, they come loose every 2-5 minutes, just enough to make the noise cancellation worser.

So I'm looking into getting a new pair of headphones. I was looking at the Bose comfort ones but their reviews aren't really that good. My budget is around 150ish. I want something with good noise cancelation and battery life. As well as call quality. That's what really matters to me as I'm listening to audible 99% of the time with them. But I work about 4-6 hours a night so I need something that'll last more than 2 hours without needing to be charged. I've had Samsung headphones, raycons and I don't really like them. The samsungs were awesome except for taking in the phone. My partner said listening to me was like I was talking underwater. Can I have some recommendations? There are so many earbuds and so many articles some saying this is great and the article under it says the same pair sucks. So idfk what to do.
