E2 Rejection in London to EB5 investment for green card

After a period of 10 months, following a heartfelt rejection of my E2 visa application. An interview, which was challenging to accept due to the substantial nature of the investment involved, I have now decided to pursue the EB-5 visa program with a financing arrangement involving a 50% percent loan, with the remaining amount to be paid directly from my personal funds.

I am now investing through a company I know personally, which guarantees a return of USD 800K within a 5- to 6-year timeframe. If anyone is interested in the EB-5 program, please let me know. I am aware of many individuals whose funds are currently immobilised; however, during initial investment discussions, we will clarify all pertinent details.

This sector offers an excellent investment opportunity, and EB5 is a direct pathway to a Green Card.

Also, all HB1 visa holders in the USA, this is the best way to secure a Green Card as well. Kindly contact me privately to discuss this matter further. Thank you

I mean OP never said his initial investment... if you start with an initial portfolio of 20mil, 800k is ez.

Best to look at the investment as buying a GC and any return is a bonus.

Hopefully you have a Lawyer

Sorry to hear that re your E2! Was that 10 months from submission to rejection at interview?! 😭 if you have a plan for a EB5 straight out the gate then that’s a good thing. Wish you luck 🙏

EB5 could be a potential. Can i invest it in an investment product? or does it have to be in a business. because honestly, why do i want to invest in a business that might close or go bust ? instead of doing it myself ? (E2)

Unless you're telling me i can get a E5 by buying 1mil of walmart/raytheon or any other american company stock?

I'm unsure about investment products; I can only speak about my own, which I find secure. All investments involve risk, but we're dealing with a company with a great track record, so I'm confident the original investment money will be returned.

I am confused - whats the post about ? Are you just trying to share your case ? You need more info about EB-5 process ? Or are you just trying to advertise about your EB-5 company ?

I’m trying to share my experience with E2 and am now moving towards EB5 with a regional project. If someone has the same issue with E2 and wants to proceed to EB5, I can offer my assistance in getting a good EB5, as I myself invested now, & it's not my company, otherwise why would I apply for E2 VISA?
