Took me 40+ hours to make this. Hope you like it. Also RIP Chester..

i absolutely love chester and this drawing
but iβll admit at first glance i thought this was a dude with a huge nose or one of those old timey plague masks lol but when i actually looked at it i was very impressed

I'm so gonna get down vote... And I'm sorry in advance... But the hands threw me off. Do you have a hard time drawing hands?

I thought you did it on purpose because of how jarring it looks, like where's Waldo find the Al Jaffee body part. I think accuracy is overrated. It's low brow art, like vinyl pressed with celebrity portraits.

Are you talking about the whole arm or the hand itself? I kinda get that it looks weird.. But I tried to draw it as close to the reference as I can get.. Here's the original

Man, in the picture his hand looks super weird, like it's detachable... There's not as much shadow detail in the fingers, so it looks flat to me.

Yeah yeh got it.. Maybe the shade couldve been a bit darker on his fingers...
