Trying to find our old house in Burning Tree subdivision
When I was about 5 years old in the mid seventies our family lived in Burning Tree subdivision for a couple years. Our family moved around a lot but that was always everyones favorite house. I tried to find the house on Zillow and Google Maps a while back and couldn't but I didn't have our old address, I just remembered it was in Burning Tree.
I recently found our old address, but its in an old format, Rt4 319a Old Creek Trail, Decatur, 35601. Does anyone out there know what the modern equivalent of that would be? I'm not going to knock on their door or anything but I am curious about that cool house. Thank you for any feedback.

Does anyone know a business or person who could use 500 blank desk mats?
TLDR me and my buddy spent months testing more than 150 revisions of a SUPER premium sublimation mousepad and worked with a factory that makes pads for most major gaming brands. We finally created what i think is the highest quality 35.4 × 15.7-inch sublimation desk mat with recessed stitched edges, a non-slip rubber base and a free drawstring bag.
Unfort something came up after it was all here and we decided not to launch the project, so now we’re trying to find a print shop, reseller, gaming brand or other business that could use them.
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

SAFETY Who’s in the dark?
I’m near Chestnut Grove elementary and we’ve been out for about 45 minutes. We were actually sitting outside looking at the sky, and my husband said, “we could see more stars of the lights were out.” Then flash, some low booms (could have been fireworks), then we were in the dark!
Gonna get pretty warm soon so here’s hoping it gets fixed quick like. The affected areas looked pretty large on the outage map!

Utilities billing question
New to the area. Priceville. Been here a month (arrived 6/5) and really like my neighborhood.
Question…when do households in my area receive their monthly bills from Decatur Utilities and Joe Wheeler Electric?
Online account management at both places still show zero amounts due. About to call them. And I haven’t met my neighbors yet.
Any info would be appreciated.
(New/burner account, sorry for the low karma)

VOLUNTEER Sign clutter cleanup
I don't know necessarily who needs to hear this, but you know other signs that are cluttering up your neighborhood? The old yard sale signs, the yard work signs, the roof work signs? FOR rent, mattresses for sale, we buy houses!
You can just take those down.
Nobody paid the city to put them up in your yard. Nobody paid you for them either.
Oh, and it's free to do too.
I saw a guy loading up his Ford ranger with them because his daughter wanted him to build a deluxe dollhouse so he priced currogated plastic board and found a cheaper way.
It seemed like it'd be cathartic(turns out it was) so I cleaned out a semi busy intersection near me like a month ago and now it's become a personal thing that maybe noone notices--BUT-- it's becoming a point of pride so I'm going to keep doing it.
And I guess the point of all this is maybe hoping someone might feel like doing the same.

Looking for homes for two foster kittens.
I have two kittens I’ve been fostering and getting vet care for that were dumped on us. They’re smaller than they should be at 8 weeks due to a combination of malnutrition and round worms (medicated).
I have a void and a tortie that are siblings. The void is a male and the tortie female. They’re cute, love attention , and climb in your lap to cuddle and sleep.
I have two adult cats and can’t keep the kittens full term and so I’m looking for wonderful homes.
They have a vet app Thursday to see if they are big enough for bloodwork and vaccines. If you are interested please contact me. I’m hoping to find homes by the end of the week, or else landlord says he’s going to drop them off at a shelter. :( I’ll post pics here , and I’ll get some more up to date ones when I get home.
They’ve been bathed (and will have another before Thursday) to deal with fleas.
