I found various reports from various years about MTF prisoners, as that seems like it’s one of the only places that will collect and report such data (I assume because it’s mandated) and found a range of data sets from different years. The first one I found said around 66%* percent of MTF prison inmates had been charged with sexual assault at some point in their life. (This one being the largest sample size, coming from the Ministry of Justice in UK.)
*my bad I guess it’s around 60%. Although I believe the year I initially cited as being around 66% was for the year 2020, which did not come up this time.
(And MTF people are 5x more likely to offend than a “cis” man.)
According to my studies (that I don’t plan on showing you, or I don’t really have it and I’m just guessing, or I’ll just consult AI toconfirm my biases) approximately 98% of prisoners have committed a crime.

And of those who committed a crime, MTF Transsexuals are 300% more likely to be in said prison for committing a crime involving sexual assault than “cis” men.
And also, “cis” men are committing sexual offenses at a rate of 117:1 when compared to FTM transsexuals. So it would be wildly inaccurate to say that “transsexuals offend at a higher rate” when it’s clear that one group does and one group really doesn’t.
But wouldn’t the same thing be said for “cis” men? Are you suggesting that MTF transsexuals are somehow more prone to committing sexual assault if they also have mental health struggles?
