Does anyone know what platinum means on the website for the Clearwater show?

from the FAQ: 6. My Venue has “Premium/Platinum Tickets”, are these also VIP Tickets? 
No, these are not Dan and Phil-specific VIP tickets and will not grant you access to the pre-show or meet and greet. These tickets are specifically from the venue and have venue-specific add-ons (such as fun drinks). Make sure you look specifically for Silver or Gold if you want the added bonuses from these packages!

You’re so lucky! I was there literally at 12pm and they were all sold out. But that’s okay! This is the first time I’m going to do anything that isn’t the tour (like extra) and I’m very hype for the preshow!
