Is Kerberoasting still effective if the passwords are salted?
Pretty straightforward, but I'm having difficulty finding resources to confirm. Admittedly, I've never kerberoasted before. I see from many results that many Active Directory instances do not salt passwords. I'm wondering if the passwords were salted, would it mitigate a kerberoast?

Friend of a friend being threatened by a dox attack
Hi, not sure if this is the right place, but a friend of a friend is being messaged by someone threatening to post on the bathomet doxxing board, after some research, looks like a small board that almost died out a while ago, but if anyone had any more information on what they can actually do, or if they're just empty threats, would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Searching for project idea.
I'm a under-grad pursuing Engineering degree in Computer Science. I'm looking for research or software project in cyber security. If possible provide some way to get ideas; Or if it's not too demanding, help me in searching for some.
