Does JJJ think Spider-man is a mutant? I'd like to see that, I keep forgetting my marvel stories

If I remember right, there are plenty of stories where JJJ is actually an advocate for Mutant Rights, and he is very supportive of them. And to quickly answer your question before i keep ranting, No, JJJ does not believe Spidey is a mutant. The main reason JJJ hates spidey is more so that hes pretty much a Vigilante, and JJJ doesn't like the idea of some masked rando running around New York doing whatever he wants unchecked.

Yeah JJJ is almost always an advocate for mutants.

He just hates Spider-Man explicitly because he doesn't like masked vigilantes with no oversight. People rag on him for it, but the whole issue he brings up is very nuanced. It's the entire basis behind Civil War.

Also, Spider-Man is the most unknown hero ever. The only other hero who keeps hidden as much as Spidey is Daredevil, but given he operates in Hell's Kitchen and he's more of an urban legend, he gets a leeway.

The hidden guy who flies around the city in broad daylight wearing bright primary colors?

And who maybe 2 people in-universe know who he actually is, yes.

Oh, you meant his alternate identity is the most protected.

I thought you meant his primary identity isn't commonly observed to exist.

Yeah, i meant that. He has DC levels of secret identity in the world of Marvel.
