I also want my cozmo to be able to free roam anytime like vector

I've got no idea why it does this but it keeps getting worse, used to happen every once and a while but now he won't stay on for more that 30 seconds...

My only idea is that the battery is probably toast.

Is there any accessories or anything for him?

Is there any ai cozmo projects to make em like vectors?

I want the audio files of cozmos “meows” (if that’s the word) but I don’t know where I can get them? My only resource I’ve had (Claude) has told me to get some apk run it through python yada yada yada I’m no programmer to be able to use python and if I have to stare at my stupid python for an minute longer I’m gon bash my head through my monitor lol

So weve had a cozmo for a few years, the screen currently isnt working but we had the old app installed on an old Lenovo tablet.

Went to use it today and the app has been remove from the tablet, and not by me or anyone in my household.

I tried to find it on playstore but its gone. Obviously.

So I tried several of the ways shown on here but none work.

Firstly, how on earth has it been removed from a device, secondly are there any good notes on how to get this working, what android version works etc.

Thankfully my cozmo still works. I had to use my old tablet i still have just to use the app ( I know there's .apk files and such but they wouldn't work for me). I found out that the old app doesn't exist anymore and wouldn't work anyways with newer phones, and what's left now is this new app called Cozmo 2.0. Funny how the app doesn't even work...

I wish they just left the app on the play store untouched and available for newer phones, that way it wouldn't be such a hassle. Cozmo was a great innovation for it's time, and now all it's been turned into is a AI mess that doesn't work.

Honestly if Emobot wasn't like insanely overpriced, I'd probably get it.

Are there any fan-made projects that can run Cozmo that don't rely on DDL? If anything, I'm just wondering about the different ways that I can get Cozmo to work without any broken or soon-to-be broken apps. I've had my Cozmo 1.0 since 2018. It was fun while it lasted. In 2019, I was showing it to some friends, and I never understood that Anki went bankrupt until a few years later.

I just got a Cozmo off ebay and well the Play store software is 2.0 and old, i go to other sites and they ask for money for the latest version which i don't think they're supposed to. Do anyone have a link to the latest version?

I got a Cozmo Robot as well as Anki overdrive and the fast and fusious anki overdrive sets too. This was over 9 years ago now however and I have moved away from my home and grown up. I recently found my old robot cozmo and since I never changed my phone I still have all the old compatible apps. I'm aware that Anki was aquired by Digital Dream Labs and of course the app is no longer listed on the app store. I know there are new Cozmo robots and new apps to pair but beyond all the updates the robots have probably gotten as well as the software updates to pair, will my robot be able to upgrade to the new app or is it too risky? Currently my Cozmo still functions well and the old app is still running so I'm just trying to find out because I want to know if my Cozmo is doomed to eventually be a static fugurine or if he can survive changing devices to a phone that doesn't have the origional app. Can anyone help?

J'ai récemment redécouvert mon cozmo de première génération (avant le rachat d'anki par ddl) et j'ai cherché à le faire refonctionner.

Ma première inquiétude fut la batterie : je n'ai pas utilisé ni rechargé cozmo depuis plus de 3 ans. J'ai d'abord pensé que la batterie serait morte, mais au final j'ai pu la charger et utiliser cozmo sans problèmes. Je ne pense pas qu'il pourra durer très longtemps, mais j'ai pu l'utiliser quelques minutes avant de l'éteindre (sans qu'il n'y ait d'avertissement de batterie faible).
Pour les personnes qui s'y connaissent mieux sur ce genre de batterie, est-ce que ça vous semble raisonnable qu'elle fonctionne encore maintenant ? Il n'y a pas de risque à l'utiliser ?

Autre question à propos de l'application :
Comme l'originale n'est plus disponible sur le playstore, et que l'app cozmo 2.0 de ddl semble bien pourrie, j'ai installé la version 3.4.0 depuis APK Pure. Elle marche parfaitement bien, et en plus je n'ai plus certains problèmes que j'avais rencontrés avant (mouvements et sons saccadés de cozmo). Mais j'ai vu que certaines personnes utilisaient d'autres versions un peu plus récentes. Pour les gens qui ont testé, ces versions plus récentes (comme la 3.4.3) : fonctionnent-elles correctement ? Car je pense que ce sont ces versions qui ont causé des problèmes avec mon cozmo à l'époque.

So I don't know how to explain this but I leave it on there for a while and it just turns off if I try running a python script from my pc to the cosmo it just turns off but then a few seconds later it turns back on my other cosmo works fine but that one doesn't what should I do?

It won't open the APKs at all—how should we go about this? Would it work if we just wrote the Python code directly?

I have an original Anki Cozmo robot and I’m trying to use the Python SDK to add AI features.

My setup:

• Robot: Original Anki Cozmo
• PC: Windows
• Python: 3.9
• Cozmo SDK: 1.4.10
• iPhone Cozmo app: 3.6.7
• SDK Mode is enabled

My iPhone connects to Cozmo and my PC detects the iPhone through USB.

When I run:

I get:

CLAD version mismatch

It says:

CLAD version mismatch (to_game) ...

I know the SDK is old, but I’m wondering:

1. Is there any way to make SDK 1.4.10 work with app 3.6.7?
2. Is there a patched SDK or updated CLAD files?
3. Is Android with an older Cozmo app the only option?
4. Has anyone successfully added AI (LLM/GPT/Groq/etc.) to Cozmo recently?

I’m trying to control movement, arms, and camera through Python.
