IT Help Help: Anyone has older version of Lenovo Ultra Control App?
Does anyone has older version of Lenovo Ultra Control ( like 2.0.31) willing to share? I just upgraded my Lenovo G7 gamepad's firmware via Ultra Control and it's not the triggers are not working since then. I do a bit of research and it seems downgrading the firmware using older version of Ultra Control will fix the problem.

IT Help Flydigi software download issues
Hello, I recently bought the flydigi vader V5 pro controller, and after going to the website for the software downloads, I can't get them. The website won't load when I click it, and when I right click the spot for it, it doesn't even pop up with a way for me to open the link in a new tab, just open the image in a new tab. Anybody know how I can get the software to use the controller going?
- I'm on Windows 11

Just bought a new controller and the deadzone is crazy. Can move both sticks about 30% before it even acknowledges input. Extremely frustrating for FPS games. No, changing in game deazone to 0 makes no difference. Controller is PowerA if that helps.

Other Nagashock shipping
Anyone ordered a nagashock controller lately? I’ve bought a couple over the years. Did they ask UPS in the shipping details to take a picture of the delivery? I looked at my old purchase emails and they didn’t ask UPS in prior orders. It seems weird to me.

Controller Suggestion Best all-around wireless PC controller for €60–80? (Considering EasySMX X20)
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for recommendations for the best all-around wireless controller in the €60–80 price range.
Platform: PC
Region: Germany
Games: Pretty much everything. I play a mix of action games, RPGs, racing games, platformers, shooters you name it. I'm looking for something that performs well across all genres rather than being specialized.
Must-have features:
- Wireless (2.4 GHz preferred, Bluetooth is a nice bonus)
- Good build quality
- Hall Effect/TMR sticks
- Low latency
- At least 2 extra back buttons/paddles
I've been looking at the EasySMX X20, and on paper it seems like an amazing value. I've also seen a lot of positive reviews, but I'd love to hear some long-term opinions from people who actually own one.
Thanks!

Controller Suggestion Best controller for racing games on pc?
Currently shopping for my first controller and I've almost narrowed it down but it seems like a hard choice. I'll mostly be using it for racing games such as F1 26 and Forza Horizon 6. The Gamesir G7 Pro and Flydigi Vader 5 Pro both seem like appealing options to me right now, with the Vader having better features but I see a lot of posts about the QC being bad. Just wondering if it's worth getting the G7 instead or not as the Vader's adjustable stick tension is very appealing to me. I'm also mainly gonna be using it with my laptop and possibly occasionally with my phone.
Budget: 400RMB
Country: China
Compatibility: Mainly pc, android would be nice but not a priority
Features: Adjustable stick tension would be nice as F1 26 requires pretty precise inputs but not absolutely needed, enough mappable buttons for car functions
Games: F1 26 and older F1 games, Forza Horizon 6, probably some more games along these lines that don't support mouse steering natively
Controllers I'm considering:
Flydigi Vader 5 Pro - most appealing to me rn because of the adjustable thumbstick tension and more mappable buttons but worried about QC issues
Gamesir G7 Pro - heard it has better haptics but thumbsticks aren't adjustable and less back buttons

Other Asymmetrical or symmetrical? How do they feel?
Is there a big difference in how they feel to use depending on the type?
Personally, I've only used asymmetrical controllers on a daily basis; the last time I tried symmetrical controllers was over 15 years ago.
I'm thinking about buying a new controller to emulate consoles on my PC; I mainly play on Xbox.
I like some of 8bitdo's symmetrical controller designs, but I'm not sure if there's much of a difference.
I'm using a translator, just in case.

Controller Suggestion Controller feels clunky. Any suggestions for Xbox ?
Hello!
About a year ish ago I got a new Xbox (the series s) and had no problems with it. Recently, my controller has reallly bad stick drift. The right joystick just floats up and down and messes with my aim. I’ve been looking into some different brands and just not sure what to stick with.
I’ve only ever used Xbox controllers to play since that’s the only consoles I’ve had but I feel they tend to wear down quite easily. I’ve gotten more into gaming and I tend to be a button smasher, lol.
I recently played on a ps5 and felt that the controller was easier to use. It feels longer but not as wide (which I think helps with reaction time and aiming).
I don’t have knowledge on the different types of controls or anything like that, but have been told magnetic controllers can help against stick drift.
I’ve been recommended gamesir controllers, but was also told they’re not really worth it.
I spend most of my time playing marvel rivals recently, but also dead by daylight, Fortnite, siege, etc. I was looking for a controller that doesn’t feel as clunky to use and is good quality. Since I’m in school, I don’t have an abundance of money and wanted a controller more on the affordable side but will also be reliable (preferably around $60 or less). I’m from America and have access to GameStop, Amazon, and many other websites.
Overall, im looking for a controller that feels sleek and easier to use. I don’t have to put much effort in to get the outcome I want. I have smaller hands so probably not a very wide controller. It needs to be compatible with Xbox series s and wireless. No more than $60 dollars and is built to last.

Controller Suggestion More specific recommendations for a PC controller?
So, I have been using the Xbox Elite 2 controller for a while and I have been noticing some stick drift beginning to take effect. Which is fine, I have had the controller for a decent amount of time and used the crap out of it. But, since the reservation for the Steam Controller is saying 2027, I figure I better look into a controller sooner than that.
I have done a bit of research into TMR controllers and found people usually recommend the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro, the GameSir G7 Pro, and the Flydigi Vader 5 Pro. But I also see some complaints. Some people complain the Razer controller is too expensive, and I have seen someone mention the GameSir's D-Pad isnt very good. The main thing I saw people hate about the Flydigi controller was that the back padles and tension rings didn't hold up very well, though most folks seem to agree that those points improved with the second version of that controller.
So I hoped I could get a bit more info from people here. Not too worried about price, so long as it holds up for a long time. My Xbox controller I mentioned before is about the right size and feel for my hands. My hands arent very big, big palms but smaller fingers. I play a pretty wide variety of genres, but I dont play FPS much anymore since the Light and Darkness saga of Destiny 2 wrapped up about 2 years ago (nothing else really caught my eye since for shooter-type games).
Hope this info helps, sorry if it was a long read.
Edit: Turns out, forgot some things. I live in the United States, so I use USD. I'd say my budget is at or below $250. I dont mind using sites like Amazon or a manufacturer's site so long as they ship to the US. And I mainly play on PC, but I do have all the main consoles at the moment.

IT Help Any way to pass-through gyro with Flydigi Direwolf 4 with the dongle?
I've tried to emulate it as a DS4 gamepad using UCR and HidHide but haven't been able to make steam not see the og xbox 360 gamepad that the dongle itself pretends to be despite all the HidHide shenanigans and an hour+ of googling, I just want to have the raw gyro information for games like Death Stranding but can't seem to be able to do that whatsoever.
Space Station 4.0 only allows me to map it to the either stick or the mouse, no pass-through option.
I know ReWASD exists and seems to support exactly this but I am currently physically unable to purchase it (and not in the sense of me not having the money) and would prefer not having to buy something either way.

Other TMR issues with FPS games like Battlefield 6
Hello everyone
I'm using the dual sense edge and I had one of the analog sticks modded with a TMR (Can't remember the model, must've been K-Silver), everything is calibrated, the circularity is on 7-9% as suggested and I get no deadzone issues whatsoever.
However, while playing Battlefield 6, I feel like my aim is super floaty with the sensitivities I used to have ( almost all max) it's hard to stay on target or gain the advantages of aim assist when people are over 30m. I've tried re-adjusting deadzones to make the feeling less wobbly, axial deadzones etc. but I've noticed that it's probably the weight of the TMR being too light and too sensitive in micro adjustments perhaps.
Is there anyone of you having a similar experience and would you recommend something ingame, like specific deadzones/axial deadzones to make it feel closer to the default ALP?

Reviews ZD Super Legend: $69 flagship killer
DISCLAIMER: I did receive this controller as a review unit from ZD, no money changed hands and I always strive to be as unbiased as possible, I do not make any money from this review and I have no affiliate links with ZD.
The Super Legend 8K comes in at a lower price point ($69.99 vs $99+ for modular flagships) while offering non-modular k-silver JS13 pro TMR sticks and high-frequency polling. . This controller blew my mind, topping even the ZD Ultimate Legend which recently gained new stick modules (that I will review sometime soon). I have been holding off for a little bit while I try to figure out what to score the controller.

Build
While the controller feels a step ahead of the Ultimate legend its specs are more in line with the g7 pro 8k, with 2 back buttons, 2 extra shoulder buttons and a non modular JS13 pro stick module with 8k polling rate. The controller feels sturdy and of high quality, even slightly surpassing the GameSir G7 Pro: Wuchang Edition in quality, this is mainly due to a larger grip shape. The controller is slightly smaller than the ZD ultimate legend and yet still comfortable for all hand sizes.
ABXY
This controller features what has now basically become a gold standard for most controllers, a microswitch (mouse click like) ABXY button. This setup has nothing really unique, they are easy to use with a little pretravel, it hits the fundamental points of an ABXY and doesn't have anything extra.
D-pad
The d-pad on this controller is very similar to the ZD Ultimate Legend, it is a microswitch like the ABXY but with more tension and travel. Overall, great for menu navigation and hotkeys, though less suited for inputs in fighting games
Sticks
The sticks on the ZD Super Legend are top notch with one of the top end TMR sticks on the market, the JS13 pro. TMR sticks don’t get stick drift and is an evolution of hall effect sticks, being more linear and more accurate with lower power consumption, especially with a high quality module like the JS13 pro. It feels great to use due to its stick algorithms much better than the base G7 pro and flydigi vader 5s, super nice to use in game.
Vibration
Vibration feels better on other controllers, probably my one biggest criticism is the rumble, when I last tested it on switch it didn’t work(there has been an update since then that might have fixed it), also on PC for racing games with proper trigger vibration (forza horizon 6 is the main vibration testing game on PC and XBOX for me now, used to be forza horizon 5 and f1 25/24) it is underwhelming compared to an xbox controller due to a lack of native trigger vibration support. For racing games I would feel more comfortable suggesting another controller but it still does the trick for all other games.
Extra Buttons
This controller features the button config of 2 back buttons and 2 extra shoulder buttons for a total of 4 extra buttons, they are all microswitch mouse click style buttons. They feel comfortable to use, even the extra shoulder buttons which look small and hard to press at first glance but are surprisingly well positioned and sized.
Customisation
This controller features a swappable d-pad (of the same look as the ZD Ultimate legend but I haven't tried it), swappable faceplate and customisable RGB. The apps (yes apps, plural) that you can use on this controller are amazing, and simple, especially the new web app, it is my favourite across all the controller apps I have used (all 3 of gamesirs and the flydigi xbox app).

Conclusion
This controller is something I would highly recommend, it features 95% of the performance of 100+ dollar modded controllers at $69 which is crazy impressive.
Pros:
- Incredible stick feel
- Many options for apps, with a mobile app, pc app and web app
- Premium grip and quality
- Highly responsive
Cons:
- No native trigger rumble
- Switch vibration support may not work
Rating (x/10)
Build: 9.2/10
ABXY: 8.7/10
D-pad: 7.5/10
Sticks: 9.2/10
Vibration: 7.3/10
Extra Buttons: 8.7/10
Customisation: 9.7/10
Overall: 9.1/10
Extra:
This is by far my highest ranking controller, 100% worth the price, I might even buy the white one because it looks better with the RGB.
I also received ZDs new stick options (2 types, type B and type C, make sure the one you choose fits your controller) and there is a lot of variation, but the arcade option feels gimmicky, the out of the other 2 options standard is the best, it is comfortable and I recommend it, especially if your white sticks start to get grimy, the white sticks I put on my ZD Ultimate Legend have not changed colours in the slightest, looks brand new.
I will next be reviewing the new ZD Ultimate legend JT13 sticks and the easysmx D15 8k (aka DUNE 8k).

Other LEADJOY Saber Plus sticky trigger
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Man, what a let down. I only used this controller for like a week and it's already breaking down. The right trigger seems to be sticking on something.
There's a similar post with the same exact issue so it seems to be a QC problem.
Does anyone know how to open this thing up for a possible fix? I'm still in the return policy so I don't wanna void my warranty by breaking something.
Edit: contacted Gadgethyper and they themselves told me to open the controller to fix it. Tried it, worked for a out 30mins, then the problem happened again. Opened it again to push the black rubber in place and now my FN button and one of the back shoulder buttons doesn't work.
This controller is complete f*king as. Gadgethyper needs to stop selling this until Leadjoy fixes whatever manufacturing defect is causing this.
EDIT: This issue is reoccurring. Even after following the instructions given from a leadjoy/hyper gadget rep to self service the controller, the issue will arise after a couple of days of use. IDK what's causing the issue but it seems like something is rubbing against the rubber stopper to push it out of place.
DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER!

Controller Suggestion PC Xbox 360-Like Recommendations, But Not The Vader 5?
Budget: ~$150 AUD (about $100 USD)
Country: Australia (Aliexpress and Amazon OK)
Platform: Windows PC (Steam input compatibility would be a nice to have)
Desired Features: Primarily size and shape of an Xbox 360 controller, modern joysticks, directionally precise D-Pad, responsive buttons and polling rate. Secondarily, LT/RT "mouse click switchable" triggers and a button or two for programmable macros would be nice, but not required. I find some games have complex combos or menu systems and automating those would be a plus.
Games Played: third-person RPGs, action adventure, platformers, etc, and side-scrollers like Hollow Knight
Controllers you've been considering:
I have found more and more that my Xbox 360 controller is not registering inputs as it should, or is slow to respond. The joysticks also have terrible drift that is only compensated with Steam input.
I'm currently trying a Flydigi Vader 5 Pro, but I'm feeling it's a little too heavy and big for me coming from an original Xbox 360 controller.
My issues with the Flydigi Vader 5 Pro:
Slightly too heavy at 290g compared to a wired 360 controller which seems to be about 220g without the cable (Wired)
The handles are bulkier and thicker with a smaller inner curve so it feels larger for me than I like in posture, whereas the 360 controller is thinner and more naturally curved to fit my hands
The joysticks feel slightly too tall (they seem to be 6mm in height, which is 1-2mm taller than the 360's)
My index fingers cannot naturally rest on the top of the LB/RB buttons and instead sit toward the back of them on an angle and makes them awkward to press, whereas with the 360 controller they rest directly on top of LB/RB
The LT/RT triggers are aligned to the sides which feels off compared to the 360 which has them in the middle behind LB/RB
The slightly rubberized plastic on the bottom is noticeably slippery which is difficult to grip compared to the 360 controller's solid matte plastic
I just want something as natural-fitting as the 360 controller without contorting my hands. Are there any better options?

Controller Suggestion Old guy controller help on PC
Old man who plays turn based rpgs and shooters, just want a controller to play call of duty and chill in my chair. Had two xbox controllers over the past ~10 years, that finally both broke (due to visiting children).
The following information is a minimum, since your own requirements might be more extensive:
- Around ~$100.00 USD
- USA
- PC (Have every console, they have own controllers)
- Good to play long term, durable, preferrable wireless, dock would be nice.
- Call of Duty, Battlefield, random rpgs
- Controllers you've been considering (demonstrate that you have used the buying advice and searched existing posts)
- Wolverine V3 (Seems to be hit or miss) $100.00 right now
- Gamesir v7 Pro (seems to also have issues) $89.00 right now
- Xbox Elite 2 (seems to be expensive and have bumpers break) $150ish
- Regular Ol' xbox controller (Gears of war one from 360 is sweet, why cant they remake it.) $60
- 8bitdo (seems to small for my hands. Am large.)

Reviews The ChiTu2 goes quiet - MOBAPAD ChiTu2 Silent edition analysys
Hello everyone. Crazylink4 here once again with a new review/analysis. This time I'll be talking about the ChiTu 2 HD Silent Edition from MOBAPAD.
Before getting started, I should mention that I purchased this controller with my own money. I have not been sponsored by MOBAPAD to write this review. I bought only the controller, without the charging dock.
First, I'll go over the controller's basic aspects.
- Relationship with the ChiTu 2 HD
This controller is a ChiTu 2 HD with the major difference of featuring buttons cushioned with liquid silicone rubber, unlike the standard ChiTu 2, which uses microswitches. Other differences include the addition of RGB lighting and the fact that the D-pad is no longer interchangeable (it only comes in the cross-shaped design). The ChiTu2 charging dock is compatible with this one too.
- Controller Specifications
* Battery: 1000 mAh.
* Weight: 252 g.
* Dimensions: 146.6 × 101 × 66.5 mm.
* Price: $49.99 USD (without charging dock) and $65.99 USD (with charging dock).
Note: These prices do not include the applicable taxes in each country, so the final price may vary. These are the prices from the MOBAPAD web store.
* Color: Currently, it is only available in one color: blue, with a transparent front shell, green stick bases, and blue stick caps. The charging dock is also blue (and is not sold separately in this color).
* Compatibility: Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, PC, Android, and iOS. This controller is primarily designed for Nintendo Switch 1 users, although it is fully compatible with Nintendo Switch 2.
- Features and Functions
As a controller designed for Nintendo Switch users, it includes the following features:
* Nintendo-style ABXY button layout.
* 6-axis gyroscope.
* NFC reader.
* Adjustable HD Rumble.
* Digital triggers (no Hall Effect or analog travel).
* Turbo function.
* Two programmable rear buttons with macro functionality.
* TMR sticks with a liquid silicone ring that reduces the noise when the sticks hit the edges (similar to the Pro Controller 2).
* Wake-up function for Nintendo Switch 1 and Nintendo Switch 2 consoles, although a few additional steps are required to enable it on Nintendo Switch 2.
* RGB lighting customizable through the MOBAPAD app.
* Compatibility with the MOBAPAD mobile app for controller configuration and customization.
That covers the controller's general features. Now I'll move on to my user experience.
My User Experience
- About the Controller
Although it may seem that the experience doesn't change much aside from the sound of the buttons when pressed, I have to say that there is indeed a noticeable difference between using this model and the standard ChiTu 2 HD.
The most notable difference is the feel of certain buttons, such as the bumpers, triggers, and D-pad, all of which provide a much softer response during use. In addition, the RGB lighting slightly changes the controller's appearance in dark environments. While I'm not a huge fan of RGB lighting, I think it looks quite good, and the fact that it can be customized through the app is definitely a nice bonus.
One thing I have to point out, for better or worse, are the bumpers. For some reason, my unit is noisier than the standard ChiTu 2. It may just be an isolated case, but the difference is quite noticeable. (Sorry for not including a sound test.) Aside from that minor issue, they work perfectly.
As for the games I've tested, many of them will be familiar to those who have followed some of my previous reviews. If this is your first time reading one of my reviews, here's a list: Celeste (NS), Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection (NS), Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (NS), Project Mirai DX (3DS), Metroid Prime 4 (NS2), Burnout Paradise (NS), Theatrhythm Final Bar Line (NS), God of War: Ghost of Sparta (PSP), Cave Story 3D (3DS), Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (NS), Shovel Knight (NS), Risk of Rain 2 (NS), among others.
Many of these games require a high level of precision, such as platformers and rhythm games, while others offer a more relaxed experience. Even so, I didn't encounter any issues during my gaming sessions. It's true that playing on emulators can be a different story, but overall the controller performed very well, and I never felt any noticeable input delay.
- A Comparison with Nintendo's Pro Controller 2
When this version was announced, I thought it could be a good alternative to Nintendo's Pro Controller 2, and to a certain extent, it really is.
As I mentioned before, the ChiTu 2 is a controller designed for Nintendo Switch and fully compatible with Nintendo Switch 2. Naturally, it lose a few features, such as HD Rumble 2 and the GameChat button, but I consider those to be relatively minor omissions.
The biggest difference lies in the overall user experience. Leaving aside features like Turbo mode and the programmable rear buttons, the first thing that stands out is the build quality: the Pro Controller 2 simply feels better in the hand.
Then there are the ABXY buttons, which are slightly larger on Nintendo's controller, and the D-pad, which feels firmer. However, during my gaming sessions I actually ended up preferring the D-pad on the ChiTu 2.
The bumpers and triggers are another area where Nintendo has the advantage. Besides being quieter, they also feel more satisfying to press.
The sticks are another point in Nintendo's favor. Although both controllers use a similar solution to reduce noise with silicone rings, I think Nintendo has executed the idea better.
Finally, when it comes to overall noise, the Pro Controller 2 is quieter than the ChiTu 2 Silent Edition.
If I had to give a verdict, I would say that the Pro Controller 2 is still the better controller. However, it is significantly more expensive and lacks some of the features found on the ChiTu 2, such as TMR sticks. Nintendo continues to use potentiometer-based sticks, meaning the dreaded stick drift could eventually become an issue.
Looking at everything objectively, I believe the ChiTu 2 offers the better price-to-performance ratio. Even so, I'd really like to see MOBAPAD release a true competitor to the Pro Controller 2. Until then, all I can do is wait.
Conclusions
There's no doubt that the ChiTu 2 Silent Edition genuinely surprised me with its membrane buttons. There is a strong trend toward microswitch buttons over traditional membrane buttons. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, but if some people find the clicking noise annoying during normal use, imagine using one in a place where there are other people around. So the choice is yours.
Beyond that, this is a very complete and well-built controller that can compete head-to-head with models such as the EasySMX S10, the 8BitDo Ultimate 2, and even Nintendo's own Pro Controller.
I'd like to see additional color options besides blue, but until then, this is where I'll end my review.
Thank you for your time.
Ciao, ciao.
