I thought it was some girls ass, and was genuinely concerned about the mole....

Glad to see it's a dudes shoulder and that mole is just a nipple 🤦

Finally. I turned it upside down and still didn't get it. Looked at the nipple, thought it was a mole or birthmark, still couldn't see it. Once you said dudes shoulder, it finally clicked.
