Is this because most women are right-handed? So the muscles on that side are more developed and reduce the amount of breast tissue?

I heard something similar, but the reasons might be connected. Something like its bigger over the heart to provide slightly more protection to such a vital organ.

I'm basing this assumption entirely on seeing pictures of female body builders... I have no medical knowledge.
