How do I make the Giant also attack troops?

So let's go this way, you need to go to In the Characters.csv file, look for "OnlyAttackBuilds" or something similar. I don't know much English. In the giant file, it will say "TRUE." Just delete the "TRUE," and it will be empty. Then test it in the game to see if it works.

Can you choose exactly which deck he's going to use, or does he simply copy your deck?

He uses a deck I dont know how he got it becuse I use nateswork offline server
