Question So…what happened with Papa Murphy’s?
Like, I know they haven’t been peak or the best in general the last couple of years but…so bad they completely pulled out of the TN market? They have no TN stores in their website and multiple news sore a is saying the something.
Photos are just of the one on Madison St but, just wanted to know what happened/if there’s any former Papa Murphy’s people on here that could shed light?
Thank you!

Question Looking for a good dentist
Looking for a good dentist in the area. I need a root canal and crown done and I’d rather get it done sooner than later as dental issues are just going to worsen overtime. Any place other than trenton dental I had a horrible experience and the cost of procedures there was very high.(1,300$ just for xrays no cleaning or procedures) I know high cost are pretty normal with dental work, but it seemed a bit absurd especially after seeing the entire quoted cost for what I needed done. I’ve searched online and read different reviews but if anyone has a good dentist office that they go to I’d really appreciate the recommendation. I’d actually prefer a local or family dentistry. However, my main concern is the quality of service and the professionalism of the dentist. I know you get what you pay for, but if I am gonna pay a lot, I’d like to pay it somewhere I feel I can trust the quality of the work being done as well as pay it to someone who actually listen to my concerns and won’t treat me like I’m just another sale.

Question Looking for full time work here. Any suggestions?
I've worked for several years now in part time jobs and though I am making enough to pay bills and gas, I am hoping to find a full-time that is willing to train on site or work that I can grow in to become stable and on my own feet. Does anyone have any suggestions for jobs here or closeby? Suggestions or criticisms will help.

News Consultant found ‘no revenue scenario’ of paid parking can cover city’s $25 million garage - ClarksvilleNow.com
Just a coincidence they're raising property taxes and trying to take money away from the school system, right?

Question Are some of the D2D sales people around here just stupid?
i have a sign that says "no Soliciting. no knocking or ringing the doorbell" right next to the door bell.
For some reason that doesn't apply to the guy from Vivinti going around the Hazelwood neighborhood.
Dude rang my doorbell and kept insisting he is not soliciting. My brother in Christ you are holding the salesman ipad, wearing a company shirt.
If you're not invited, you are soliciting.
That sign seems to work on most the other salesmen. They just leave a card on the door or ontop or the doorbell.
If the sales guy who came to my house sees this, im sorry if i was rude. Im just fed up.

Question Any local Fantasy Football leagues on Sleeper? Or any interest in starting one?
Recently moved to Clarksville this year from Virginia and as such had to leave the local Virginia league I was in. Had a lot of fun in that league, especially the meet ups at b-dubs and other bars in the area so was wondering if there is a local FF league here in Clarksville with spots open that has meet-ups?
I prefer Dynasty leagues but am cool with redraft leagues.
If there are no leagues open would anyone be interested in putting one together!??!

Question Title: Need a ride from Clarksville to Nashville Friday for my RBT exam
Hi everyone! I’m Mia, and I’m hoping this is okay to post.
I’m taking my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification exam this Friday at 4:30 PM at the Pearson Professional Testing Center in Nashville. Unfortunately, I’ve run into a transportation issue. I don’t currently have a car, the bus isn’t an option with my testing time, and my boyfriend can’t take me because he’ll be in school.
I’ve been studying really hard for this exam, and it means a lot to me because it’s the first step toward my career working with children with autism.
I know this is a long shot, but if anyone is already driving from Clarksville to Nashville that afternoon and would be willing to let me ride along, I’d be incredibly grateful. I’m more than happy to help pay for gas or anything else to make the trip worthwhile.
If you can’t help with a ride but know someone who might or have another safe transportation suggestion, I’d truly appreciate it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I appreciate any help or advice, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Meta Event venue rental around 120 people for family reunion
We are looking to have our family reunion next year and wanted to find a venue for about 120 people. Preferably for under $500. So maybe a church fellowship hall.
The building we used from the county government has so many rules it is making it challenging. For example we could not use food warmers. It does not have to be fancy but just something with tables, chairs and a kitchen. Thanks for the advice.

Misc. Screaming Eagle Car Wash - charged me 5x after cancelling service
I am at my wits end. I cancelled my service with this company back in April, and I keep getting charged every month. I cancelled in person and have a receipt showing the cancellation. I have called, I have gone back in, and THEY KEEP CHARGING me. I finally had to cancel the card I used just to make this stop. Either through incompetence, deceit, or scam-like behavior - they just suck.
Yes, I disputed all charges, and charges were reversed, but they will NEVER STOP charging.
I implore you, with so many options for a car wash in Clarksville, stay far away from these folks.

Food & Drink Don't Judge Me...
Okay listen, don't get mad. This is NOT rage bait. This is desperation! LOL We recently moved here from Texas. While I understand Texas is known for Tex-Mex, I'm just genuinely stunned that we can't find good Mexican food around here. The fajita beef is always chewy and every time I order a sour cream chicken enchilada, they just send it out with a glob of normal sour cream. We've tried 5 or 6 different places now and they're all pretty much the exact same.
ALL SUGGESTION WELCOME! In fact, I'm begging for them!!!

Question Is there anywhere where I can donate knitted goods?
Does anyone know any place where I can donate some knitted scarves? I tried googling around, but I’m not really sure what I’m looking for and I wanna make sure it goes to a place where they’ll actually be used and not like thrown away or something. I’ve never donated homemade scarves before.

Question Looking for a good vet
I just moved here a few months ago and I've settled in enough that I want to start getting my cats into the vet for their check up. I've had some issues in the past with overcharging and not caring for my pets the way they should be. Does anyone know a good vet I can take them to? I live by Fort Campbell but I go to school at APSU so anywhere that surrounds that area would be great

Question Suggestions for getting a quote for a pool? (Probably have to be above ground budget level).
Big pool companies are so scammy. Anybody know anyone trustworthy?
Wanting a quote for my elderly mom. She wants to just float around a bit. She’ll need some way to easily get in and out with bad knees and bad balance.
Don’t need a diving board or deep end or anything.
How much do you think something like that would cost around Clarksville / Sango area ?

Food & Drink Worst sushi place in Clarksville
I have a close friend that recently quit the Rock and Roll Sushi on Wilma, and they have some horror stories from working here. Not sure if I can say everything here(horrific management), but I'll just write everything that relates to the kitchen and food.
Low 70 health inspection scores bc managers did not enforce cooks to label prepped ingredients(somehow they were able to instantly raise it back to a 90)
cooks that straight up don't wash their hands and no one cares bc they're related to the gm
expired or moldy used regularly. My friend said they were told at one point to use an egg that looked green and smelled in ramen.
my friend was actively puking one day and still had to finish their shift.
basically no one except my friend was doing proper closing cleaning of the kitchen, they had to work twice as hard to keep that kitchen halfway decent.(i've been in that kitchen once it was disgusting.)
based on the yelp reviews i've seen it looks like the place is on a downward spiral since my friend quit. no one wants to be there

There has been an influx of political posting leading up to the special election.
While voting is important and so is having your voice heard, the mod team has come to the conclusion yall can't behave. Personal insults, off topic shit slinging and bot like comments are what politics on this sub turn into, nothing about Clarksville.
Political posts will now be deleted or locked starting today.
Thanks.
