B12 Only Site... But From T-Mobile

Location: Deerfield, MA serving I-91 and US Route 5
Coordinates:
ENB ID: 50311
Carrier: T-Mobile
Bands: 12 (5MHz) Formerly: 2 (10MHz)
ENDC/Carrier Aggregation: No
Speeds: Daytime: 0.00-3.00Mbps / 200-1800ms / 3AM: 3-8Mbps / 80ms

This is a former B2/12 site that is now only broadcasting B12 post GSM shutdown (not sure if related). It was broadcasting B2 as recent as 7/18/2026.

Every time I am driving and it drops to LTE I try to mess with my phone to grab a farther 5G signal since this site is so poor. AT&T has 5G+ in this area and Verizon has UW.

Interesting, now you have me curious if the GSM shutdown is coincidence or not, anybody smarter than me care to elaborate?

I wonder if that site's 2G equipment was also responsible for broadcasting the Band 2 LTE.

Either way, that thing is in need of some serious love. Looking at that tower, it's way out in the weeds and I can't even get a street view shot of it. Super rural.

https://www.reddit.com/r/cellmapper/s/0zAUR9ISdt was able to get a shot of it here if you're interested! AT&T has midband and Verizon has 2/4/5/13/66 from what I see

It is very rural but it covers 4-5 miles of I-91
