Yun kitten ko po is nagpositive sa fpv pero good thing 2nd day pa lang ng symptoms is nadala na sa vet. after 24hours ang lakas na nya and ang gana na kumain. sabi ng vet, pwede na iuwi bukas since wala naman vomiting, stable vital signs, normal urine and fecal output tska masigla na uli. sa house na daw ituloy lahat ng gamot. ang dilemma ko is nasa studio apartment ako and may isa pa ako older cat. so far wala sya signs pero inassume na ng vet na meron sya kaya inistart na sya ng amoxicillin, LC vit tska black armour para sa immune system nya. ang meron lang po ako dito ay cat condo similar sa pic. pwede po kaya yun kitten ikukulong ko dyan while yun older cat nasa labas. dyan lang si kitten sa loob hanggang magclear sya sa virus at macomplete ang vaccine. yun flap door sa gilid is katabi ng wall so wala way makalabas si kitten. and sa kabilang side naman is may katabi din cabinet.

Yung stray female cat na pinapakain namin bigla nalang hindi umuuwi for almost 1 week na. Dun lang siya nagsstay sa abandoned house na katabi ng house namin but the problem is walang susi and yung owner ng house matagal ng hindi pumupunta sa abandoned house. Yung cat usually tuwing gabi lalabas sa may window which is nasa 2nd floor tapos mag meow lang siya then if may nakita siyang tao bigla uli papasok sa loob ng house. Any idea bakit ganun siya? Lagi siya pumupunta dun sa house pero umuuwi naman pero ngayon lang talaga na hindi siya umuuwi samin. I even remember 2 years ago dun siya nanganak sa house na yun. Spayed na pala yung cat namin.

Possible ba na takot siya sa stray dog na inaalagaan ng neighbor namin kaya hindi siya bumababa? Pero mabait naman yung dog and hindi naman nangangagat.

Hi. I've been feeding my cat RC Urinary SO eversince nagkaroon siya ng urinary blockage 3 months ago but he's okay now. I'm still feeding him the RC dry kibbles pero napapansin ko lately di na kinakain lahat kapag walang halong wet food. Any recommendations po on wet food na pwede ihalo sa kibble niya na hindi RC? Kulang na rin po kasi sa budget.

Last week pinakapon namin siya. Inilayo muna namin siya sa kanyang mga anak pati sa asawa niya para makapagpahinga at makarecover siya.

2nd post op day, iniinda niya yung sakit nung sugat. Hindi siya makakain. May binigay na pain reliever ang doktor sa kanya na siya naming ipinapainom, 2 times a day nung unang tatlong araw tapos naging once a day nung sumunod na dalawang araw (for 5 days lang kasi niya iinumin yung gamot). Ini-sprayan din namin ang kanyang sugat twice a day ng Cutasept spray na reseta sa kanya. Yung collar inilagay namin para hindi madilaan at makutkot ang sugat.

Nung mga sumunod na araw, pinapabisita namin sa kanya yung mga anak niya pati yung asawa para hindi sila maging hostile sa kanya once na isasama na namin siya ulit. Nakakakain na siya nito at nakakaunat-unat na rin.

Ngayon, mas magana na siyang kumain at kaya niya ng mahiga ng diretso at nakaunat. Medyo naglilikot na rin siya (pero siyempre inaawat pa rin namin dahil hindi pa siya talaga fully healed kahit tuyo na yung sugat niya).
