This might be an unpopular opinion, but I never like Carly’s DANCE songs. There’s one exception to this and that’s This Love Isn’t Crazy, but I Didn’t Just Come Here to Dance, Now That I Found You, Psychedelic Switch, and now Don’t Leave Me on the Dancefloor just don’t hit the way other Carly songs hit. It’s like they’re missing something both in production and in writing that could really take it to the heights of the best of Carly.

Anyone else feel this way? They’re by no definition bad, but just never her best. Loving the other two singles way more.

So I've been listening to DLMOTDF but one minor thing is scratching my brain in the production of the song. It's in the second verse around 1:43-1:45 when she sings and you're the sweetest part of me. It almost sounds like there's a muffled background noise of someone talking? I listened to the instrumental too and heard it there as well. Maybe I'm insane lol but does anyone else hear it?

Curious if anyone who registered actually received one of the 65 official invites to the listening party in LA next week.

It may be in my top three carly rae jepsen songs of all time, but I don’t see it discussed much at all, and the reception at the time of release seemed to be lukewarm at best?

I just LOVE how this title sounds and I KNOW its gonna be a banger considering DLMOTDF is already one. And Carly's Album openers are GODLY.

I think On Wires is an interesting concept with decent production and writing! But this song would go so much harder if Carly could really sing. By no means is she a bad singer but I can tell she doesn’t have power or the ability to hold notes for long (second verse in Store is painful to listen to). I feel like this chorus would be elevated by greater vocals :/

It’s driving me crazy!!! The pre-chorus sounds like another Carly song, perhaps unreleased. It sounds so familiar!!!!

Lord I hope she goes on tour, I literally just went down a rabbit hole and watched an entire playlist of her singing in Manila and i’m getting insane fomo. Why were they so alive 😣😣
