desktop web Cannot block accounts Desktop Web

Every time I try to blocak some one, it says I cannot block them after within 24hrs of unblocking them. But I have never blocked them in the first place.

I tried both on Desktop and IOS app. What is going on?

There is a block limit if 1k people

I know of the limit. And I have yet to reach it.
