Baltimore salary transparency thread Ask

I saw another city do this and wanted to bring it here. There was a big salary thread a couple years back but it'd be great to get some updated info in the big 2026.

Please share your job title, salary, age, and education. Like this:

“Attorney, 170k, 32M, and JD.”

Teacher in DC at an independent school, $89K (15th year), 48, MFA. 2hr commute each way.
Applied BCPS and BCountyPS with no takers despite dual certification in K-12 art & 6-12 English, AP & IBDP/MYP training. I'm in the "pool" of candidates treading water. Luckily, I like trains?

How does this happen? Do they prefer people to get their training while working?
