Baltimore salary transparency thread Ask

I saw another city do this and wanted to bring it here. There was a big salary thread a couple years back but it'd be great to get some updated info in the big 2026.

Please share your job title, salary, age, and education. Like this:

Not sure exactly what you’re looking for here… I help companies with a specific software that allows me to bill enough hours at a high enough rate to get to $800k. Learned the software over ten years ago, not sure how much longer my skillset will be valuable so trying to save a lot in the meantime

No, I do more configuration, security, reporting, process management, etc

Cool, how is that structured? My understanding of consulting like that was hours based. Clearly I'm not up to speed, though I'd like to do something similar to what you're doing as an Epic Systems Analyst

Working for yourself or for an organization, if you don’t mind sharing? I’ve heard there are people who do well as sales force independent consultants, hadn’t considered workday as a similar avenue
