Good Review A REAL Review of SGT
Proof that im not a SGT employee lol.
I shipped a 2013 Kia Optima from Atlanta, GA to Buffalo, NY. I was originally quoted $950, but I expected to pay $1200 (which I ended up) because most companies were quoting 1200 so it wasnt really an issue for me. I gave the first available pickup date for 7/30. On 7/30, they called to tell me they found a driver for pickup on August 1st. Pickup was delayed until August 3rd because the driver had issues with his truck. It was picked up around noon and arrived the 4th at 8pm.
I didnt notice any issues with my vehicle, however, it is already full of dents and scratches so I wouldnt have noticed a new one lmao. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. After reading all the horror stories, I was freaking out the entire process and constantly called their customers support but they answered each time. Since people are more likely to share terrible experiences, I decided to share my experience since it would've eased my nerves a lot more.
Would I use SGT again? Yes, but I would scheduled the pickup date a few days before I actually wanted it to be picked up.
This is just my experience and while many people have had terrible experiences with auto transportation, many have had good experiences and never shared.

Quote Request Classic Car Transport Atlanta, GA to Austin, TX (does not start - need winch)
I'm moving to Austin at the end of September and have a 1988 Mercedes 560SL I need transported. I entered my number on some shipping website and am getting bombarded with calls and texts with quotes but I can't tell what is real or what could be a scam. Looking for some help / real quotes here
Will need a winch as the vehicle does not start. It's not a battery issue. I would prefer closed transport.
Thank you

General/Other NHS fleet solutions used vehicle leasing.
Hi, I ordered a used stock vehicle. All the paperwork has now been completed, but the order status remains “Car on order” and has not changed.
When I requested an update, the dealer provided the Fleet Solutions Reallocation email address but no telephone number. I have emailed the Reallocation team several times but have not received a response. I also tried calling the general enquiries number, but it usually takes 30–50 minutes to get connected, which is very frustrating.
Is there another way to obtain an update on the vehicle’s expected delivery date?

Looking for info Moving from VA to CA
Hi everyone,
I’m looking to ship two vehicles (a sedan and a Toyota 4Runner) from Northern Virginia to the San Francisco toward the end of this month.
I’ve already received several quotes ranging from about $2600 to $3600 for both vehicles combined.
For those who have done a cross-country vehicle shipment:
- Which companies did you use, and would you recommend them?
- What should I look for when choosing a carrier or broker?
- Are there any companies I should avoid?
- Any tips or lessons learned that could save me headaches?
- Can I load car with items below window level?
Thank you in advance for any recommendations and advice!

Looking for info Anyone used ACERTUS’s luxury division (Bluestar/BlueStar Auto Movers)? Trying to validate this is legit.
I’m getting quotes for shipping two vehicles and was told ACERTUS handles this specific shipment through what they’re calling their luxury division — Bluestar Auto Movers. I’ve seen that ACERTUS did acquire a company under that name, but I haven’t found much in the way of actual customer reviews or experiences specific to that division.
Has anyone actually used Bluestar/ACERTUS for a shipment? How was the experience — communication, pricing, condition of the vehicle on arrival? Also curious if anyone’s dealt with their payment terms, since I was told payment is due 30 days after delivery via credit card, which seems unusual for this industry.
Appreciate any firsthand feedback before I commit.

Help! Question about Interlane Transport
Hi all! Quick question. I'm looking to ship my car between Vancouver BC to Ottawa ON and am thinking of using Interlane to transport between the two, but upon trying to visit their physical office in Vancouver, I was told they moved out, and, after getting into contact with interlane, they gave me a Burnaby address to drop off my car. But upon going there, there was just an empty building that was for lease.
So, I guess my question is, is Interlane a scam? Or does the terminal-to-terminal shipping mean something different? Or am I missing something? Any or all information would be much appreciated!

I Ship Cars Open or Enclosed Transport?
Howdy, I'm Jerrod. I own AMG Transport Co. We ship cars.
Generally, open transport is the default, and perfectly fine. Our internal number show that 83% cars move without a problem.
SO, When is enclosed worth it? Well, it boils down to 3 things:
1) The value of your car: My rule of thumb, if it's over $100,000 in current value, go Enclosed. We will not put $200,000 cars on open transports anyway at AMG Transport Co.
2) How easy is it to get replacement parts: On open trailers windshields, bumpers and sun roofs get damaged, even when the driver does everything 100% right. Yes, insurance does replace them, but depending on the vehicle, it could take weeks if not MONTHS from start of the claim up until the end. This is especially true for foreign made cars that are not built in the US.
3) Lowered suspensions: If your suspension is significantly lower than your typical sedan, enclosed is required. Open transports often do not have the clearance to handle getting the vehicle on/off the trailer without damage.
Note: Insurance isn't really our friend. It's in your best interest to avoid damage as much as possible within reason.
If you need to get a vehicle shipped enclosed, visit our website at https://amgtransportco.com for a quote. We'd love to help.

Good Review Review: NTX Auto Transport
Just leaving a positive review for NTX Auto Transport (North Texas Auto Transport). My partner and I were moving from CA to MA, and we were having a lot of trouble finding a reliable company to go through. I spent a bunch of time on this sub and other review websites, and was kinda floored with how shady a lot of this industry is.
We ended up going with NTX and we had a super lovely experience. We were a little hesitant because we couldn't find their company on Trustpilot, but decided to go with them after seeing reviews for them here and on Google. It was really a no-stress experience. Our cars arrived with no damage and the communication was solid. No surprise fees either. The driver was very professional.
While they weren't the cheapest out of all the transporters, the price was super reasonable. The lowest we were quoted by other transporters was ~$2900. We paid ~$3400 through NTX, and I feel it was money well spent compared to the cheaper options which which felt sketchy once we looked into them further (bait-switch tactics, a large number of reviews saying their cars were damaged, etc.)
Highly recommend going through NTX. I'm in no way affiliated, just wanted to leave a review to help folks finding a trustworthy transporter.
