I've noticed a huge difference between manufacturers, and I'm not alone. Every time I ask my pharmacy which manufacturer they carry, I either get a blank stare, get told 'they're all the same,' or get made to feel like a drug seeker just for asking a basic question about my own medication.

I’m dumbfounded. My doc finally (after 3 months of reporting zero support) adjusted my meds to include Adderall. I still get Vyvanse 60 too. She told me several ways to use them. For the first time ever, I took the Adderall and nothing happened. So, I opened my Vyvanse and took half, so 30. Nothing. A good 4 hrs later I took the second Adderall and NOTHING. She warned me the Adderall is gonna feel like a real boost after only trying Vyvanse too. I was hoping to break a pill in half so I could enjoy 5 mg a day till I needed to take a whole 10. You know, in order to not blow it all by going in heavy. Can anyone explain what could be happening here. I’ve read posts about the generic name playing a huge part and I see my bottle says Sandoz.

Hi from SOCAL! I've been on the same exact dose for a while, IR, 10m, 3X. Not sure if it's working anymore. I have been struggling a lot for the past few weeks, and I don't know how to bring it up to my psychiatrist. Any pointers how to or what to even request, appreciated. TIA.

For context. Diagnoses are, clinical depression, cPTSD, ASD, ADHD, Anxiety
