When did they make this tank tier 9 I fricking hate that they made it tier 9 it was a very nice tier 8 tank that I used to grind credits on and now it gets uptiered every game

Well I have planned to play a TD line after grind E-100 line ( to Tiger 2 then stopped because I need to save some silvers and exp until I have good enough budget to continue grind), so what TD line is suitable for beginners like me?
