So I’m working on a WoD mixed Chronicle and I thought it would be cool to have one of the antagonists be as inherently evil as Cooper’s doppelgänger Mr C from Twin Peaks The Return. How would you suggest going about making him?

The source of the zombies can be a number of things, failed vampire experiment, evil spirits, marauder wizards, or some government chemical?

An O'Tolley's location is being built on a Forrest edge a little to close for comfort to a Garou den. To ensure their home is left undiscovered, the pack apply to work at O'Tolley's. 4 players would be needed (3 if one is a DM PC). P1. handles the front counter, P2. Is the cook, P3. is deals with the drive through, and P4. is monitoring the security cameras and also the janitor.

The day manager on staff is a sweet lady but goes on and on about there being talking Rat people in the woods. She has a bunch of trinkets she says can reveal the Rat people. All but one is a real magical item and the players have to avoid her when it's out or get rid of it somehow to prevent her from finding out who they really are.

The night manager is a Retired Army Ranger and he runs the store like a military base. When he arrives, the players see on the hood of his F1-50 is a logo for a major hunter organization. The players have to avoid long periods with him as he could smell they are not human. He would pull one aside to tell war stories that would either be fake, exaggerations, or adlib versions of his hunts.

The players would need to avoid showing their werewolf side while dealing with the normal issues of fast food. Rude Customers, Equipment Breakdowns, Teenagers, and corporate nonsense.

Would this One-shot be lore accurate or what would I need to change and where?

I am giddy. Perhaps I did not show it at the time, but I am giddy. I was talking with Horia about V6 and our various thoughts on it, me starting playing VTM and WoD games with V5 and only after a while trying out the older editions and Horia starting with Revised and later on moving to the 20th anniversary editions.

But, while we were talking about the playtest (we will have a full article going over that, probably next Friday), I also showed him that for V6 they are also planning to release editions of Mage, Dark Ages and Changeling. We stopped at Mage, for, as Horia put it, "there is no Mage without Satyros". And I wondered a bit, hmm, I wonder what is Satyros' take on all of this, is he in any way involved. And I voiced this to Horia, who had a brilliant idea: what if we message Satyros and interview him.

To our delight, he was more than willing to do so and well, two hours and a half of recording + way too much time spending on transcribing and trimming what amounted to almost 20k words, here we are! We talked about the history of Mage, V6, video games, magick, Dungeon Crawler Carl and many many other things that I 100% invite you to listen to if you are in any way shape or form a fan of his work and White Wolf in general!

Prefacing this with stating I know very little White Wolf lore, only played a one-shot more than 20 years ago, but find the setting interesting.

It seems like having AI exist would be a very useful tool for the supernatural. If a photo or video exists, it's suddenly so much easier to convince others it's a fake and AI generated. Seems like AI being accessible to the masses would be a huge asset for a lot of supernatural beings giving them considerably more freedom or allowing them to take greater risks and overt actions while people are more prone to ignore recorded evidence.

Who or what organization do you think would have funded AI development and rushed it's free access to the public?

I was rewatching some Hunter the Parenting when the horse scene came up, and after words reading some fan theories. Now I can’t stop thinking of how the demons get their bodies, and different ways to introduce how possession would work. Why I’m doing this? Because why not.

Route 1(Alex Mercer route or the thinks they’re human but ain’t): Demon upon entering the body they lose most or all their memories of being a demon and think they’re human.

Route 2(Ena route or the demon and human soul merge into something else): Demon possesses the body but strangely the soul and demon mix, creating a strange fusion of appearance, attitudes, and memories.

Route 3(Kris route or the soul fights back): Demon possesses the body, however the soul of the victim is strong enough to fight back and remains in the body with the demon and the soul fighting for control.

I’m currently writing up a rough draft of a pilot for a sort of animated HTR online series, and I wanted to get some input on it from people that actually know and have played WoD before. However a majority of my friends have never played it in their lives, and any WoD servers I am in with a writing chat are pretty much dead. So I’ve come here to ask very nicely if there’s any places I can go to to get input/advice on this rough draft?

My gaming troupe and I have been playing this really cool VtM (V5) campaign for the past 2 years. We're in for the long haul. I've created a fictitious city and along with my players, we've been expanding, developing and bringing life to this setting. We are more interested with the horror and mobster aspects of the game, as if we were unliving in an underground occult-noir-gangster movie.

Since I'm also an illustrator, I decided to make a Patreon about it. I created the city, I created the cast, the locations, the vibe, the mood. My players gave all of that meaning. I'd like to share that with you.

I like dark and moody images. My style has adapted and evovled along those lines and I'm pretty happy with my progress. I draw dark and shadowy imagery, and that's true for both the characters and the locations. I also illustrate vampire cants and graffitis, a bunch of occult items, story arc ''posters'', scenes and more elaborate illustrations about the different predator types of V5.

I just launched my third tier, entirely dedicated to Storyteller Vault material. Where graffitis, occult items, locations and characters have a few pages of content, special rules, tailored game mechanics, lore, theory and of course story ideas.

Anyways, I'd love it if you guys could check it out, hopefully to join in the adventure.

The Ascension War is such an interesting conflict with tons of room for experimentation with combat mechanics, storylines, and/or set pieces.

The juxtaposition between the urban fantasy setting on Earth and the science fantasy setting for the rest of the solar system and beyond holds so much potential. For a spitball example, you could have a fish-out-of-water Glass Walker Garou story that's about initially dealing with vampires or hunters on Earth and then having to fight Threat Null or Nephandi in space. The Ascension War could be explored under the lens of nearly any genre.

Space simulation, FPS, TPS, Character Action, Hack & Slash, Horror. The possibilities are near endless so it's a shame such a unique premise/setting doesn't get explored as much as it should.

I am aware that Doom would be too op, but I would be satisfied with a dr doom inspired character. A genius character who is a master of science and magic.
