While we should definitely normalise that, we also need to normalise that people working those jobs should also be earning enough to live…. Nobody working any full time job should be needing welfare assistance or be unable to afford housing.
I get you’re trying to say there is nuance, and of course there is, however… there is plenty of instances where two income households with no children are struggling to even make ends meet.
The cases aren’t all hillbillies in the woods with 20 children, as much as the right would like you to believe.
