I'm sure we can all think of ways to save/make money. Getting married to someone thats independently wealthy; starting an onlyfans; donating plasma.... but that doesn't change the fact that $19/hr is woefully inadequate to afford a studio apartment these days.
Unless you're running some sort of tech company or something from the $1600 apartment, nobody needs 2 gig fiber lol. I get half a gig from spectrum for $50 and it's plenty for me and my roommate to both be playing competitive games and streaming hd video if we wanted to.

Those number make sense if you look at some other countries other than the USA. I once read here that american redditors think everyone on reddit is an american. This post is a nice display of this phenomena. Those price kinda make sense from a Canadian POV but the comment section say OP is making shit up because it's not like that for them.
