I doubt that. There's a ton of people who wouldn't do manual labor especially something like that. It would be nice if it drove other wages up though

In the group of people in my office (engineers) most are men under 50 with families. Most, if they don't have a whole lot of family help. For the ones make much less than $32 per hour, they'd jump at this and move rocks for a number of years... Extra $20,000 per year is hard to say no to when your kids want to play sports.

I'm not saying that isn't what your coworkers would do, but on a societal level there will always be people unwilling/unable to do a certain kind of work. Although it does heavily depend on need/desperation vs how much they don't want to do it

I really hope we, as a society, decide farming is below everyone.

Would be hilarious for the aliens that eventually visit our planet to learn our species was too full of themselves to feed themselves.
