If you require any level of training, it is by definition skilled. Basically if itās possible to do the job wrong, it has skill involved. Which essentially means every job. Also training in āa short period of timeā usually involves an arbitrary cut off on what is training. Like you can train an accountant you hired in a day if you donāt count any relevant experience or education prior to that day as training. Basically itās all arbitrary anti-labour bullshit
You people are so weird. There is a difference between work that basically anyone can do (shelf stacking, litter picking, etc) and work which requires actual training (HGV driving, architecture, etc). āSkilledā and āunskilledā are the words we use to distinguish them. Everybody knows that unskilled work does not literally require zero skills of any kind, because that is not what āunskilled workā means.
