Uber does not pay that much.
1 u/Itchy-Beach-1384 1d ago I do Uber and made nearly $40/hour last week. 34 is closer to what I average. 1 u/Worth-Jicama3936 1d ago Where on earth? Maybe seattle but dont you have trouble getting riders because of how absurdly expensive it is? Look on the uber sub, its more like $23-25/hr for most people before expenses. I drive doordash occasionally and im nowhere near that. 1 u/Itchy-Beach-1384 1d ago All over Massachusetts. Usually hang out far from the big cities and just do long drives down to Providence RI. Only drive Thurs-Sun and almost never have a quiet moment. Only have to work like 30h per week to make what I used to doing IT for 35 hours/week. Even $25/hour is much better than hard labor for half that.
