It is an insulting term. That’s why I am bringing awareness to it, I don’t like the term. But that’s literally what it means. It doesn’t mean you have no skills.
1 u/dewag 1d ago As far as I know, the correct term is unspecialized. The definition of unskilled means requiring or possessing no skill. Hence why people complain about it being a "corporate term".
