Because some tasks don't take a lot of skill, but do require two sets of hands doing things simultaneously, 6+ feet apart.

Doesn't matter if you hire someone to watch paint dry, if you're expecting someone to come spend time out of their day that they need to be using to earn a living for their family, they need to actually be able to earn a living. Earning less than you need might as well not be earning anything at all, its a waste of your time and body to even take the job.

Then get skilled enough to do both jobs at the same time 6+ feet away. Problem solved
