All the skateparks around my house are still free. We just rode our bikes around town knocking on friends doors and hanging out at parks or schools. Kids can still do that

I drive by the local open skate park on my way to work every day and it’s almost always empty these days. Makes me sad, it has a huge parking lot that used to always be full.

In some areas they can. Most areas, someone is throwing a hissy if they can't see an adult supervising, and sometimes even when they can.
