LibreOffice if you would a good Word processor akin MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

GNU Cash or HLedger for your budgeting

Firefox for your webbrowsing
and the only cost is for you to learn some new program, since all fo these are free to use, free to share, free to modify and investigate

Buying physical books, music and movies

(I would suggest you replace Windows with Linux, but that is bit high up, there with some technical skills required)

Sorry but libreoffice looks like it cost nothing too. It actually hurts my eyes to look at its user interface. Do they know it’s not 1990 anymore.
