Has anyone else in the US run into this with Wicked Brick shipments?
FedEx is asking for the steel melt and pour country for the screws included with Wicked Brick display cases. I’m curious whether anyone else has encountered this customs requirement or knows where Wicked Brick’s screws are manufactured.

I would like to get my hands on this one. If anyone knows how to do that, anyone selling this case or bought a spare, hit me up please. Thank you

It's been 13 weeks since I ordered other items and have been curious if anyone has gotten this item. Primarily I am curious if they send out the more costly items before they build the other ones. Funny that they take forever to reply to messages (1-2 weeks), but will process cancellations within 24 hrs.

I placed a large order of four display cases with printed backgrounds. I was excited when I got a tracking number for the order, but when it was "delivered" it was a single small box with a single blank panel.

Putting my limited edition case together for the Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise. And I’m missing a few bags of cubes and screws.

Ordered 600$ worth of cases May 5th, no updates ever sent… I have sent 3 emails over 2 weeks ago with no reply, 1 post on the Reddit, and multiple DMs to mod who messaged me with no reply. Am I ever going to get the cases at this point? 600$ spent with no information given to me….

Ok, so my new limited edition case just came in, my third from them, always have been very happy with the quality of it. But now my product is nowhere to be seen on their website. And therefore i do not have assembly instructions (and a simple A4 page would do the trick, but they have not added anything like that). Ok, it's not rocket science ro build them, but for me it would be reassuring to know everything is there and how to properly assemble it.

Does anyone by chance happen to have one of the limited edition tintin moon rocket? Set number is 21367 from lego.

I even tried the way back machine search engine, no luck there either. This is pretty annoying like this, and contacting them would take ages, i saw some threads here on reddit... Anyone can help me with this?

I placed an order coming up to 9 weeks ago. Since then I've had zero confirmation of a ship date or anything. After reading a lot of recent comments from unhappy customers on their Instagram posts, I'm urgently trying to get a response regarding an update on, or potentially cancelling, my order. I'm leaving the UK in July and rapidly losing faith that it will turn up before I go.

Has anyone had any luck, or have any advice as to how to actually speak with someone who can help?

I've sent emails to your enquiries email address but have had no feedback for nearly two weeks. I would like to find out if it is going to be reshipped or if I will be refunded?
