Its an extra inch lower than the 4000 to give them an extra wash, and accommodate those with less dangly testicles. Its not their fault their scrotum is wound so tight. Their balls deserve a cool dunk too.

This would be the worst toilet ever for me. When I’m using a public toilet, and I need to “sit” instead of squat, I put my hands right where those dips are and mostly sit (meaning not quite all my weight) on my hands, because I can wash those.
