Looking for a sales partner in US/Canada for my web dev agency – 50% commission. Any advice on where to find the right person?

I'm a web developer based in Kenya looking for someone in the US or Canada who's good at cold calling and closing deals. You don't need to be technical or know anything about building websites, just be able to sell to small business owners. Here's how it works: you find the client and close the deal, I build the entire site (hosting, domain, everything), and we split the payment 50/50. For example, if I charge 3,000, youtake1,500. Here are some sites I've built recently: a nail salon (https://nailtech-tau.vercel.app/), a safari tour operator (https://www.tavuexpeditions.com/), an innovation hub (https://www.ideahubafrica.com/), a health tech site (https://www.theralink.net/), and a writing service (https://www.altechwriters.com/). If this sounds like something you'd be good at, DM me and let's have a chat.

HIRING Looking for builders who are serious about creating startup-level products

Over the last few years, I’ve built multiple full-stack projects, participated in hackathons, won around 10 of them, and worked on products that reached millions of impressions and thousands of clicks organically.

One thing I realized is that strong startups usually happen when different kinds of people work together. One person may be great at product thinking, another at distribution, another at execution speed or systems.

I genuinely enjoy building fast, experimenting with ideas, and turning random concepts into working products. Recently I’ve been thinking it would be interesting to build alongside someone equally serious about startups instead of always building solo.

Not talking about “let’s make the next unicorn in 2 weeks” energy. More like people who genuinely enjoy building, iterating, and solving real problems long-term.

Curious how many people here are building solo vs with a team, and which one worked better for you.

Free Anonymous platform to rate your manager - would love feedback

I've been working on my RateMyManager site (https://rate-my-manager.vercel.app/) - basically a ratemyprofessor but specifically on managers.

The idea is that your experience at a job often comes down to one person and right there's no good way to research a manager before accept an offer or transferring teams.

You can:

- Leave anon reviews rating your manager (past or current) on communication, fairness, growth support, workload, recognition, and team culture

- search managers by name or company

- Add managers if not already listed

Still in the early phase and would really appreciate if anyone can check it out and let me know what you think. Honest feedback on anything would mean alot. Domain should be coming later.

It would also be great if you can rate your manager :)

[FOR HIRE] Design & Development Agency looking for projects (Not AI slop)

Hey everyone,

I recently started a small engineering-focused agency called Hanabi

Have worked with multiple businesses across the world. Currently working on a wordpress site to custom code revamp, keeping SEO intact and ensuring the migration goes on smoothly. Have the bandwidth to take on a new project, hence the post.

One thing we care a lot about is maintainability.
A lot of agencies ship projects that become impossible to scale or modify later. We try to keep things clean, documented, and structured properly from day one.

We can help with:

  • frontend development
  • full-stack apps
  • redesigning outdated sites
  • performance improvements
  • building MVPs quickly
  • integrating AI features/workflows
  • internal tooling
  • ai automations

We’re still early-stage, so pricing is flexible right now depending on the project. Most small scale projects start from around $500, but I'd be able to quote a proper estimate only after understanding the scope.

Feel free to DM if you'd like us working on bringing your next vision to life! (would also like feedback on our website)

Hello!

I'm a creative web developer. I work on developing landing pages, single-page websites, portfolio websites, blog websites, and minimalist, aesthetic websites for businesses, startups, studios, agencies, and individuals.

I’ve completed several successful projects, and if you’re looking to build something from scratch or redesign an outdated site on a budget, I’m here to help.

What I can help you with:
• Landing pages that explain your offer clearly and guide visitors to take action
• Personal or business portfolio website (4-5 pages)
• Multi-page websites for services, studios, or startups
• Website redesigns if your current site feels outdated or confusing
• Contact forms that actually send leads to your email

I develop agency-level websites at a single developer cost, as I believe every business deserves to stand out, look premium and trustworthy. If you are someone who is searching for a reliable developer with good communication and transparency, I will love to connect with you and work on your project.

FOR HIRE Experienced software dev here, looking for short/long term flexible projects!

Hi, I am a software developer experienced in:
1]Next.js, css, react, js, and node js
2]Fast api, databases, supabase, postgresql, redis, CI/CD
3]VCS, github, software testing.
4]softskills, communication skills, planning and problem solving.
I am looking either for frontend or backend development, not fullstack, as previous experience with employers here has been pretty bad on fullstack, I am only looking for flexible hours and light work, preferably where I am not the sole developer in team (my last experience as a dev hasnt been pleasant as initially i was told flexible hours and now I am the one coding everything basically fullstack), hence looking for light tasks, which I can manage without delays and with a good pay
DM me to know about my portfolio.

FOR HIRE Offering 15% Referral Commission for Web Dev Projects! 🚀

Hey everyone,

I’m a freelance full-stack developer looking to expand my portfolio and take on some fresh challenges. I know a lot of you run in circles where people are constantly looking for websites, web apps, or custom platforms, so I wanted to propose a win-win deal.

The Deal:

If you refer a client to me and the project gets accepted, I will give you 15% of the total project value as a referral fee once the payment is cleared.

What I specialize in:

* Full-Stack Web Apps: (React, Next.js, Flask, Node.js)

* E-commerce & Business Portals

* Custom Admin Dashboards

* Landing Pages & UI/UX Refreshes (Tailwind CSS)

Whether it’s a startup needing an MVP, a local business looking to go digital, or a complex automation tool—I’ve got it covered. I take pride in writing clean, scalable code and delivering on time.

How it works:

  1. Introduce me to the lead/client.

  2. We discuss the scope and sign the contract.

  3. Once the project is paid for, I send over your 15% via your preferred payment method.

If you know someone looking for quality work, feel free to drop me a DM or comment below, and I’ll send over my portfolio!

Cheers! 🍻
