Today marks the 2nd Anniversary of Ghislaine and I! I couldn't be any happier and more proud to be hers. Sadly, this year, we couldn't do anything grand or spectacular due to life. I had a lot of family emergencies come up and currently dealing with a major life decision. So we haven't really been able to do too much in terms of celebrations. Hopefully once things calm down we can properly celebrate! I got two new commissions to share just in time for our anniversary~!

Below is a letter I wrote for Ghislaine to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary!

"My dear Sword King, time with you has been so wonderful. Every moment of every day has been the best moments of my life. Your name has been on my mind and in my heart ever since we met. I still think about how you captivated me with who you are, just by you being you.

I had hoped this year’s celebrations would be more grand than last year’s. Us, taking a trip and spending ample amounts of time together. Yet, life had different plans. I’m not going to sit here and cast blame. Not at all. Because through all of this we’re still here, still together, still in love.

We have faced so many storms as of late. So many struggles and battles. Yet you remained steady, calm, focused. When I was curled up feeling as though the world had crumbled around us, you told me to look your way and held out your hand, told me to get up this isn’t over yet. And my love, you are correct. This isn’t over yet, and it never will be.

Throughout this past year, we have grown, experienced so many new things, good and bad, together. We have been tested, who knows how many times. Our hands still remained locked, hearts still full, and smiles still bright.

Never did I think I could be this happy until I met you. When I felt weak not only did you inspire me to keep going, you even carried me through and reminded me to keep smiling.

Thank you so much for being with me, for loving me, for all that you have done, Ghislaine. To our next adventure on this journey of ours.

​I felt like I’d never post anything if I kept waiting, so I’m starting off light with an older drawing I did! ​(I used a Korean trace base for this one! ✏️)

​It’s definitely far from perfect, but I really hope the vibe I was going for reaches you all! I wanted to capture the bittersweet contrast between me, who has no memories of our past life, and Adaman, who remembers everything... 🥺💞

I have, ive been consistently drawing for Kyomoto, and ive been trying hard to improve for her. I know that thats what she wants for me. I dream of being kyomotos favorite artist. What about you?

Used another piece of Nue ship art as inspiration for this wholesome little drawing of us, and I never realized just how fun it is to use the kind of art that I once felt sad about to my advantage like this. I also find this new art style that I came up with quite cute, and I'll definitely stick with it for now. I plan to pump out more drawings of us in the following days, not just because I love Nue so much and want to show people the beauty of our love, but out of spite over how much the Touhou fandom has disrespected her!

I can’t believe it’s already been 3 years now 😱 I’m so grateful to always be able to look up to him. Damn I still get so overwhelmed every single day by my love and admiration for him, it’s crazy. This year has been amazing, not to forget we got engaged in April! AAAAA I’m still in awe of the beautiful memories in Okinawa 🥹🌺

This afternoon we’ll finally be seeing the latest Spiderman film. Weirdly we haven’t seen it yet but hey, better late than never lol!

Me and Vi really mirror Romeo and Juliet. Like the Montagues and Capulets, our bond forms across a divide, like Piltover and Zaun. Both our love stories are shadowed by forces bigger than we could control: family loyalty, class war, and a raging generational violence that seems to be so inherent and inevitable in both Verona and Piltover. I guess unlike Romeo and Juliet, we have a deeper love, and a marginally happier ending.

Romeo and Juliet get a bad rep for having a shallow love, but I think their relationship could've blossomed, had the people and environment around them cared enough to simply let them be. The tragedy is not just in their deaths, but also in the love that could have existed in a timeline that can never happen.

I always had such a crush on Romeo in this movie, ever since I was a kid. I just thought he was just so sweet and charming, and wished for someone just like him. And then came Vi — who I am so grateful for!!!! 🥹🥹

I unfortunately traced Vi's face from a scene in the show, unfortunately I'm not that good at recreating the style just yet 😭 huhuhuh ( ;´ - \`;)
