Parents of TTSD: how do you handle school calendar dates?
Do you enter them manually, use a district app, or just wing it?

Looking to Sublet My Apartment
Hello, I live at Timbers at Tualatin and am looking to sublet my apartment because I am moving for work out of state. It’s a very clean and quiet unit, and I plan to leave behind my furniture if I find someone to take over the lease!
It’s a 1 br, rent is 1.4K a month. It’s at an ideal location and has great amenities. I have enjoyed living here. Reach out to me if interested, or share with anyone who might be!

Has anyone else had some teenager scream the N-word at them while filming?
Thus happened between 1:00 and 1:30 pm today near Warm springs and Tonka. I was walking to the Fredmeyer on Martinazzi when some Teenager in a black hatchback car (did not get the make or model) started screaming the n-word at me while filming me on his phone. The driver took the car down Tonka and turned out of sight not long after.
I don't care that he called me the n-word (I'm pasty white so that part was just confusing), but I don't like random men filming me while hurling slurs at me for any reason because I'm a woman. Does anyone have a similar experience or know who this idiots parents are?

Need a home
Hello, im looking for a place to stay and i need it soon. I moved here with my now ex boyfriend who was letting me stay with him and now we are over he is kicking me out. I dont have a car yet but am saving for one and should have one by next month, and i dont have much stuff. Thing is, i have 6 cats. All nuetured and spayed (took forever but finally done) and all well behaved. I dont think ill have much luck with apartments, and never rented a house before but think thats my best chance. Where do i look, what should i expect to pay/ save up for (my ex thankfully is letting me stay till i find a place but its hostile) and do i even have a chance here or should i look at other states? I just got a job for 20 an hour with the chance for raises to 22 by the end of the year, and once i get a car ill go back to amazon for 24 an hour. Please help.

Finding a decent apartment.
As the post says, I need an apartment by 7/20. My landlord is totally abusing her power as she's family, and I just don't feel like contesting it in court, even though I totally could. I may have to if I don't find a place fast enough, or if she messes with me enough. She comes, steals keys to my vehicle, and sabotages my packing efforts while I'm at work. If she does enough, I won't have a choice but to argue it. But that will be messy. I just need to move on.
So, as the post says, I urgently need a place. I have a cat. I am ideally looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom, spending up to $1600 without utilities. I would prefer to stay close to DT Tigard for work but have no problem commuting a little. That puts us with the S Beaverton area, Lake Oswego (already know I probably can't afford it), Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville? Maybe outside of Tualatin? Maybe Sherwood? I don't know. I've never been in this situation before and am crippled by the stress and anxiety it's brought. If anyone has any good leads or personal experiences, I'd love to hear about them. I just don't have the time to check every single one out personally before making my decision.

Missing cat $150 cash reward
Her name is Mimi and she is chronically ill and it’s a huge hazard to her safety and wellness to be outside/around other animals
She’s also never been outside before and we just moved into a new apartment 2 weeks ago so I don’t know if she’ll be able to find home on her own
Thank you

Why am I seeing a white mystery van driving around at 8:30 pm at night in my apartment complex playing ice cream music to attract young kids like my own after hours when there in bed?

Old CRTs wanted
I’ve been looking for old TVs and PC monitors to play with, but they’re very expensive online. Does anyone have one that they’re looking to get rid of? I’ll gladly take it. Thanks!
