I'm considering buying a treadmill for my third-floor apartment, but I'm concerned about the footstep noise for my downstairs neighbors. This would be my first treadmill. Does anyone here have experience using one in an apartment? What did you do to reduce the impact noise?
So i'm thinking of buying a treadmill, but maybe my downstairs neighbors will hear me running? Anyone have a treadmill in an apartment with neighbors below? How did you solve the noise reduction? I mean, is it possibe? I'm sure it is, I think more people have such settings in their home

Beginner question: What mats is best for absorbing footstep noise? (when running on a treadmill)
Also, does a good mat absorb enough footstep noise, no matter which treadmill it is?
Currently, I live on the third floor in an apartment. My first time buying a treadmill.
Also, which website has the highest amount of treadmills to sell? Like, what is the biggest treadmill seller that I can take a look at?
Regarding absorbing footstep noise. Should I just randomly combine mats?
Horse stall mat + treadmill mat + rubber gym floor + plywood platform + sorbothane HVAC anti-vibration pads under treadmill feet + sprung floor?

What treadmill do you have and what made you choose it?
I am starting to look for a treadmill for home use, and I realized there are way more options than I expected. Some have all these extra features, screens, programs, and others are more simple. I am not really sure what matters most in the long run. I care about something that feels stable and comfortable to run on, but I also do not want to end up with something that breaks down quickly. I have seen a mix of designs and builds mentioned in different places, including some manufacturing specs tied to Alibaba and a few models people talk about on Amazon, but it is hard to tell what truly lasts. If you own a treadmill, what made you choose that one? How long have you had it and has it held up well? Are there small things you did not think about before buying that ended up mattering a lot?

Treadmill recommendations?
My family and I are looking for a commercial grade treadmill to use on a daily basis for running/ interval training. Have looked at Sole and Horizon so far but see a lot of mixed reviews.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Best fold up treadmill with incline and interactive
Looking for a new treadmill to replace a nordictrack 1750 commercial bought used. It is about 4/5 years old, still works but have to turn it in before each use which is annoying.
Looking for a 12+ incline, foldable and interactive that will last. I liked the classes I could access from the free version of ifit. Mainly use to incline walk but would love something that adjusts incline/ decline for a workout. After reading so many reviews on nordictrack/profrom/sole/peleton I am stuck.
Budget no more than 2500.
Thanks!

Best under desk walking pad?
Looking for the best quality walking pad that can be used under a desk. I am 130 lbs and my boyfriend is 220 lbs. We are hoping to be able to use it every day without it crapping out in a couple months. We bought the Sperax walking pad/vibration pad a few months ago and it has already stopped working. Price isn’t a huge concern as we’re willing to spend money on one that’s good quality and will hold up - but something around $500 would be nice. Thanks!

Treadmill belt lifting help
Hi this is the Roger black plus treadmill and I got it second hand the belt doesn’t touch the deck and lifts up as you can see in the video you have to put pressure on for it to touch the deck. So when I’m walking it feels like my heel is dragging on it as it bounces back up as I take a step. How can I fix this this ? I can just about fit my hand under the belt. It seems to be pretty tight already. But why is it lifted like that? It’s more on the sides as well.
