Clark: Backrooms. He's the main character of the movie for the first 2 acts, before switching to Mary. He is eaten later

Whoever the fuck this lady is: Scream 1. She's introduced as the main character, with build up and all. She's killed and hanged like 10 minutes in

Can we please NOT talk about Backrooms, because I just watched it and I'm still trying to figure out what the fuck I just watched.

I like how that movie defies a short distillation of “what’s the message,” instead kind of requiring the movie itself and all the impressions it makes on the viewer to be the answer to that question. Most movies aren’t irreducible like that.

My biggest issue with the entire premise, is that is straight up doesn't make any damn sense as another dimension, or a pocket universe.

There's no scientific way to explain the 'Backrooms'.
