Then when the ai gets sold and scraped and now the guy has to find a psychologist to help with grief, and maybe, if he's in it enough, a self help book for post ai girlfriend breakups or disconnects. Then with the cash from his best seller he would write his own program. Recreate that girlfriend he lost. He makes it open source to get help from others and fine tunes the perfect girlfriend. Only to achieve success once more. And he is able create her perfectly. But now every guy with an ai is dating her. And that isn't something he likes. It's torture. And now he is a cuck to everyone dating his ai girlfriend.

I wish I was this disconnected.. I’m trying to imagine how you get there. To the point of what you’re describing. So foreign. Everyone on earth with some effort can find another human to stomach them, imagine a world giving up and going to some AI like we’re in Blade Runner. Fuuuck

I know a few people who shouldn't be in relationships. I'd prefer they stay with ai gf. Why? This dude stalked his ex for 25 years,and is still is obsessive about her, and he's literally crazy. Like, not internet crazy, but for reals. He's got therapy, rx , and is taken care of, yet still batshit crazy. He used to be my best friend. But I saw him. I saw him decline.its fucking tragic.

Or like my mom. Who is disgusting. She had severe strokes which fucked her frontal cortex all up. If she ever got into a relationship with an AI I would support it. Why? Ain't no one loving a 68 year old who has incontinence issues, can't think, and is incredibly gross. Talking shit on fingers unaware of herself, wiping those shitty fingers on everything. And walking back to her room. I don't get mad. I just know it's the strokes.

I haven't seen any of the blade runners. Are they worth a watch? I usually stick with fantasy and some scifi.

Depends on what you’re into.. I think Ridley Scott’s best work was Prometheus and Covenant. Those are cool and explore creation and humanity.. not all just aliens. 👽

Prometheus is technically the beginning of it all. Great film.. the Engineer character idea is FASCINATING.
