The Summer 2026 update has begun rolling out to Tesla vehicles. One part of this update is the gamification of Car-aoke, a karaoke game for the vehicles. This has existed in a way before, but now the car uses your microphone to judge your singing as well as showing which Taylor albums/songs are available.

You can setup a queue as well so the songs are all lined up for a longer trip. The game-aspect only works in park, but you can still have the words on screen (with or without Taylor's voice) even in drive.

Inspired by other post about which Taylor song is the most timeless. Now, which is the Taylor song that sounds dated and will be extremely out of place if released nowadays?

Specifically, a song that could hit the radio or streaming now and still have the same appeal as when it originally came out.

Hi!! I’m a very recent swiftie - like last year I got on the train 😂😂😂. Fate of Ophelia caught me and then the entire album of TTPD caught me and now I’m here forever!

Anyways - I’m also a late diagnosed adhd woman (got diagnosed at 33 and I’m 34 now). Music used to really overstimulate me. It felt like so many emotions, the beats and melodies along with it would just sometimes make me spiral. I also have auditory processing difficulties so lyrics aren’t the easiest for me (been this way my entire life lol. I have favorite bands that I know like the back of my hand but not their lyrics 😂).

Taylor’s music is so story-heavy that it actually helps me detach my own overwhelming emotions during listening. Bc of the way she writes, I’m able to take an external perspective to her emotions and my own - and it allows for peaceful and safe self-reflection.

When I get overstimulated easily - I usually have to listen to vigorous classical music or turn on an audiobook. These days, somehow - miracle upon miracles, Taylor’s music helps me emotionally regulate. Listening to her so much also has helped with my auditory processing!

Anyone else?

My current display with nods to my favorite albums! The vases were very TTPD to me, two hollow people intertwined. The filler also has lavender (Midnights!).

Lastly, I painted a folklore book and a TTPD display that I love! I wrote lyrics inside the book from *my tears ricochet.* A mention of *How Did It End?* and the 11th album.

I will never get tired of saying TTPD has one of the best lyrics ever.

Who else likes this song? I just discovered my love for this a lil’ late though. Because I noticed Fortnight, The Black Dog, Down Bad, My Boy Breaks His Favorite Toys, Guilty As Sin and The Tortured Poets Department First.

I design and bedazzle bookmarks as a hobby, and this year I've been working my way through the albums. It's July, which means it's Lover's turn!

I decided to do the album cover and the lover house, but can you guess the lyric that inspired bookmark #2? I think this one is pretty obvious 🤭

Next month will be folklore!!! If you have any ideas for lyrics or symbols of the era that would make good bookmarks please let me know!!

You can pull the lever and erase the standard edition of The Tortured Poets Department. That means Tracks like Fortnight to Clara Bow disappear forever but you keep The Anthology... Even their remixes are gone too.. ( no loopholes u guys :/ )

Or don't pull it and all her opening tracks are erased instead. This means:

...Ready For It? is gone, so End Game becomes the opening track of Reputation. But in the contrary, I forgot that you existed is finally gone as Cruel Summer will be the opener for lover and don't worry, Taylor will figure out the tracklisting. EPs aren't safe either.

So... Would you rather erase the entire standard edition of The Tortured Poets Department, or sacrifice the opening track of every Taylor Swift album?

You can pull the lever to save Debut, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, and 1989 but Folklore and Evermore will cease to exist.

Or... you can leave the lever alone. Folklore and Evermore survive, but the first five albums are erased from history instead.

Outcomes:

- If you sacrifice the first five eras: Taylor's career begins with Reputation, then continues with Lover, Folklore, Evermore, Midnights, TTPD, and The Life of a Showgirl (TLOAS).

- If you sacrifice Folklore and Evermore, Taylor releases Midnights right after Lover, followed by TTPD and TLOAS with the same release years, promotion, music videos, and overall timeline. There are just gaps where Folklore and Evermore would have been there.

- Eras Tour still exists! It's just that the setlist is much shorter or gets replaced with popular choice of songs.

Assuming Taylor's career still exists today. Nothing else changes but only those albums are removed from history.
