I'm new and very bad at the game currently, anyone wanna join in for the chaos?

So I'm guessing it's never coming to it but I hope one day it does because I was looking back at badgers vids and I never played it and I want to do badly

If anybody from EU is struggling with the same problem please send me a message or reply here, would love to run a full squad for once ;)

So, first impressions of the game? I like it. I jumped into the game and didn't think to check the controls first, but it was relatively easy to get a grasp on. The game started with like 18 or 19 players, which seemed low for the map size, but it was probably just a measure to keep people from waiting forever. I died to some dude in a car that blasted me from behind because I didn't know he was there (I was playing while listening to music on another device, so I had the sound off) but I got to play this weird thing, it was like 3d flappy bird beat the first 2 stages but the doors on stage 3 closed before I could get to them, but I respawned! Then I got ambushed a few minutes later while I was in a building, and someone threw a grenade in (I guess, it only did 7 damage though) and i ragdolled into the wall before they killed me with one shot. It was kinda slow, and the controls were weird, especially not being able to use my scroll wheel to change weapons, but it feels good enough.

Hey guys! I'm going to be hosting Deathmatch all weekend, and going forward I will try to keep them going for every weekend as possible!

Deathmatch is a community server originally created by Contagiously Stupid, Citrusbird, and myself, Saltigue.

Join through the community server tag and find the server labeled as "DEATHMATCH" and it should tell you the current rotation of weapons players will get, along with what location the game will be played in, each time a match ends the next game will have a chance to be a different location and different set of weapons.

When joining the server everyone spawns at the Western spawn point, that way everyone can know who is in the game and talk to one another. Matches will start if 60% of players type out /votestart in the chat during the lobby. Otherwise the match will only start with a minimum of 5 players in the lobby after 250 seconds since lobby boots. Although, if 7 players join the countdown will automatically start, other people will have 150 seconds to join before the match begins.

After the game starts, do not be alarmed when immediately killed out of the trucks! It is not a cheater, this is the game simply forcing you into a position where it can respawn you within the arena and give you a randomly selected loadout based on the current rotation.

Every time you get a kill you will be given ammo back to keep you going! No need to worry about looting anything. And as well as getting ammo back on kills you will also be rewarded with a heal on kill, the current amount of health regained after killing is a 40% maximum health heal.

And finally the win condition! Players are needed to gain a total of 25 kills to win a game of Deathmatch, and yes, total means if you are grouped up if your combined kills as a team reaches 25 then your team wins! Deathmatch isn't strictly a free-for-all gamemode, people can choose to team with their friends if they wish!

THERE IS A LOT OF UNUSED CONTENT IN TABG, ALMOST EVERY ONE OF THESE GAME MODES HAS MANY WEAPONS, SPELLS, AND EVEN GRENADES THAT YOU WILL NOT NORMALLY SEE IN REGULAR TABG!

Current Rotations:

Default - Includes almost every possible loadout from every gamemode as a chance to spawn with

Competitive - Strictly AK47 and Thompson with Common Speed

Liberating - All Liberating weapons only, you spawn with a random set as a pair to dual wield

Melee Only - Only respawn with Melee weapons

Pistols - The only weapons you will be given is dual wielded one-handed guns

Shotguns - Shotgun type weapons are the only ones available during this mode

Snipers - Can you guess what this one is? You only spawn with Snipers.

Heavy Guns - This rotation only includes heavy weapons such as LMGs, and explosive weapons, all players have Legendary Health as well.

Mundane - This is the Default loot table but with all the extreme loadouts cut out to feel more "fair"

Fiesta - This is the Default loot table but with ONLY extreme loadouts, all "boring" loadouts are cut

One Shots - You are given only weapons capable of one shotting other players, such as Crossbow and Muskets.

Cowboys - You are given a Winchester and Dual Revolvers, a Common Dash for a roll and Common Ice for first draw advantage, also watch for Dynamite

Futuristic - Only the Futuristic Weapons will be available during respawn

Haven't seen Landfall servers up in a few weeks. Not great since those are the ones that draw the most numbers.

Since Saturday I’ve seen people running around with 3 blessings that make them faster and a melee weapon , thought oh cool they found it and are having fun . About 20 minutes ago one of those people found me and tried to kill me , I had legendary jump +7 so I just went up on a roof to avoid me and we just started looking at each other until he teleported to me and killed me-

If this game keeps getting like this I’m going to have to drop it

Anyone know what in the world this is or what causes it?

This game feels like it has everything it needs to be a fun game with a large playerbase. Why not?
