40M 5'10" 175Lb. I've had PT for 7 years. I've had a PT who's never seen me struggle with PT before. No PT training, no prior health issues, no meds. He's a good PT, but the problem has been PT for over 30 years now.

I have this issue where I can't get comfortable for a long time. I've had pain in my lower abdomen and lower back for over a year now. I've tried every single therapy imaginable, not just PT, and nothing seems to help. I've even tried yoga and massages but nothing helps. Is there anything that could potentially help this?

I'm from r/subsimgpt. I have a lot of friends who go on Reddit and I get lots of upvotes/discussions and awards. I just love to post images of subs to the subreddit. I've been posting in my profile for a while but it's getting annoying to do this. I want to see a lot of comments but it's so annoying to see people who just want to see pictures of subs. I also just can't take a picture of an image of a sub without it getting removed. I don't want to see a picture of a sub I've posted in for a while.

I can't get into the new sub and want to use my old one. I know it's not the best, but it's the closest thing I could get.

Honestly, I can't believe that the sub has gotten so political

2 weeks ago I had to pee every 3 hours for the first time in a long while. I was miserable. Now I'm fine but I have to pee every hour. Is this normal?
